Jones Edmunds is seeking a Proposal Coordinator to support business development, proposal management, marketing communications, and client pursuits. This position develops, edits, formats, and coordinates proposals, qualifications packages, presentations, resumes, project descriptions, and other marketing materials while ensuring compliance, accuracy, and brand consistency.

What You'll Do:

  • Lead and coordinate RFQ, RFP, SOQ, and proposal responses.
  • Manage proposal schedules and deadlines.
  • Write, edit, proofread, format, design, and page layout for technical and marketing content. 
  • Conduct market research and opportunity tracking.
  • Coordinate with project managers, technical staff, vendors, and subconsultants.
  • Develop presentations and marketing collateral.
  • Maintain Deltek Vision CRM and pipeline information.
  • Support website updates, social media content, award submissions, and company announcements.

Who You Are:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, English, Public Relations, or related field.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  •  Advanced editing, proofreading, graphic design, and document formatting skills. 
  • Ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of proposal coordination, technical writing, marketing, advertising, communications, or business development experience.
  •  Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Acrobat, InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator)
  • Experience leading meetings and teams in producing marketing documents.
  • Experience supporting engineering, architecture, environmental, or consulting firms.
  • Experience with public-sector RFQ/RFP processes.
  • Experience with Deltek Vision or CRM systems.
