We are looking for a passionate and organized marketer to lead project management and execution for Superpedestrian’s Marketing Department. This role is an integral part of our marketing team, and an exciting opportunity within a growing company, as your work will touch every department within Superpedestrian. We are looking for someone with strong intuition for marketing and brand strategy, with excellent project management skills and a talent for bringing order to chaos.

What you’ll do:

  • Strategize, coordinate and execute all Marketing projects to support our Global Marketing efforts
  • Define and optimize Marketing processes (e.g., campaign planning and execution, project governance, systems improvements) to maximize effectiveness and efficiency

  • Ensure processes are robust and easily understandable/repeatable by all stakeholders, and communicate process designs in a clear and actionable way to appropriate audiences

  • Use metrics to measure impact and drive ongoing improvement

  • Ensure that the Channel Owners have access to accurate, timely marketing performance reports, enabling them to make plan optimizations

  • Manage Marketing production schedule, including publication of blog content, advertising campaigns and social content

  • Coordinate logistics for grassroots events, trade shows, and the delivery of Copenhagen Wheels to top tier media and influencers around the world

  • Assist key stakeholders in implementation of automated customer outreach programs

  • Make magic happen within tight deadlines

What we’re looking for:

  • Reliability, responsiveness and strong organizational skills
  • Excellent written communication skills

  • Experience working in Jira and Confluence

  • Extreme attention to detail

  • Ability to meet deadlines

  • Ability to work some evenings and weekends, as projects and timelines require

  • Ability to work independently, as well as in a collaborative team setting

  • Ability to prioritize multiple projects and work in a dynamic environment

  • Resourcefulness, grit and the determination to get work done

  • True passion for the Superpedestrian mission

  • Curiosity, and a never-ending desire to grow and learn
