About Us

TravelPerk is a global travel and expense management platform. Its all-in-one platform gives travelers the freedom they want whilst providing companies with the control they need. The result saves time, money, and hassle for everyone.

TravelPerk has industry-leading travel inventory alongside powerful management features, 24/7 customer support, state-of-the-art technology, and consumer-grade design.

Founded in 2015 and headquartered in Barcelona, we’ve grown to over 1,800 people across Europe and North America. In 2022 we became a ‘unicorn’ and in 2025 we raised $200 million in a Series E funding round, increasing our valuation of $2.7 billion.

We’ve been winning awards too. Since 2023, we’ve been voted one of the best places to work, one of the fastest-growing apps and tech companies, and a leading pioneer of business travel.

These are just some of the reasons why global brands like Wise, Red Bull, GetYourGuide, and Aesop trust us to get the most out of their travel.

The Role
At TravelPerk, we believe that travel is the most powerful way to bring people together. We’re changing the way businesses manage travel with a platform that’s flexible, intuitive, and designed for humans, not spreadsheets.

We’re growing fast, and as part of that growth, we’re looking for a Project Manager to join our Marketing team. If you love building clarity out of complexity, driving cross-functional work, and making great teams even better, keep reading.

NOTE: This will be an initial 12 month contract

What you’ll be doing:
  • Act as the glue across functions, making sure everyone’s aligned, timelines are on track, and priorities are crystal clear.
  • Champion operational excellence within the Marketing team — think: setting up Asana workflows, improving processes, and helping us scale with structure.
  • Lead the end-to-end project management of company-wide initiatives, bringing together stakeholders from Marketing, Brand, Product, Ops, and more.
  • Own project comms and reporting: update stakeholders, flag blockers, and ensure visibility across teams.
  • Partner closely with the Business Operations and Head of Strategic Initiatives and Planning to support high-impact, high-visibility projects from start to finish.
  • Help us build a Marketing team that’s not only creative, but operationally world-class.

What we’re looking for:
  • 5+ years of project management experience in high-growth tech or scale-up environments.
  • A track record of leading cross-functional projects that touch multiple departments and business priorities.
  • Proficiency with project management tools (especially Asana) — bonus points if you’ve set up systems and best practices from scratch.
  • Confidence managing multiple timelines and workstreams in parallel — you thrive in fast-paced, high-change environments.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. You know how to bring people with you.
  • Strong sense of ownership and accountability — you’re proactive, hands-on, and get things over the line.

What you will need to succeed:
  • You synthesize complexity into clear plans, priorities, and updates.
  • You have experience in brand-building work as well as operational areas.
  • You manage competing deadlines without breaking a sweat.
  • You’re highly organized but flexible when things shift.
  • You build trust quickly, and teams love working with you.
  • You bring a calm, focused energy to fast-moving projects.
  • Want to work on projects that truly move the needle for the business.
  • Enjoy working across teams, time zones, and perspectives.
  • Love getting stuck in, solving problems, and creating clarity.

How we work
Our Vision is for a world where TravelPerk is the platform for human connection in real life (IRL). We take an IRL-first approach to work, where our team works together in person 3 days a week. For roles in Customer Care, this can be up to 5 days per week in the office. As such, this role requires you to be within commuting distance of our hubs. We fundamentally believe in meeting in real life to improve connectivity, productivity, and creativity, ultimately making us a great workplace.

At TravelPerk, we prioritize experience and potential over academic qualifications for this role. We believe that talent and ability aren't always reflected in formal credentials.

TravelPerk is a global company with a diverse customer base—and we want to ensure that the people behind our product reflect that. We're an equal opportunity employer, meaning you're welcome at TravelPerk regardless of your appearance, where you're from, or anything else that makes you.

All official communication from TravelPerk comes from @travelperk.com email addresses, our verified social media channels, or recruiters listed on our official LinkedIn page. We will never ask candidates to pay for equipment or make any kind of payment during the hiring process. If you receive an unexpected message claiming to be from TravelPerk and asking you to take action, please forward it to [email protected] and we’ll confirm whether it’s legitimate.

What you need to know about the Boston Tech Scene

Boston is a powerhouse for technology innovation thanks to world-class research universities like MIT and Harvard and a robust pipeline of venture capital investment. Host to the first telephone call and one of the first general-purpose computers ever put into use, Boston is now a hub for biotechnology, robotics and artificial intelligence — though it’s also home to several B2B software giants. So it’s no surprise that the city consistently ranks among the greatest startup ecosystems in the world.

Key Facts About Boston Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 269,000; 9.4% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Thermo Fisher Scientific, Toast, Klaviyo, HubSpot, DraftKings
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, biotechnology, robotics, software, aerospace
  • Funding Landscape: $15.7 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Summit Partners, Volition Capital, Bain Capital Ventures, MassVentures, Highland Capital Partners
  • Research Centers and Universities: MIT, Harvard University, Boston College, Tufts University, Boston University, Northeastern University, Smithsonian Astrophysical Observatory, National Bureau of Economic Research, Broad Institute, Lowell Center for Space Science & Technology, National Emerging Infectious Diseases Laboratories
