Role

We’re looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive Marketing Project Manager to join our fast-growing Marketing team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for ensuring our cross-functional marketing initiatives are executed on time, on budget, and to the highest standard. You’ll partner directly with the VP of Marketing and support four key marketing disciplines — Brand, Content, Demand, and Product — ensuring cohesion, clarity, and accountability across all programs.

You’ll also act as the day-to-day liaison with our Integrated Marketing and PR agency, Matter Communications, managing project workflows, deliverables, and timelines. You’ll take ownership of core marketing operations tools, including Asana, Dropbox, Monday, and Miro, driving best practices and team adoption.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own cross-functional project management across all marketing channels — developing timelines, managing dependencies, and ensuring alignment across Brand, Content, Demand Gen, and Product Marketing.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for Matter Communications, our integrated agency partner — managing briefs, timelines, deliverables, and status meetings.
  • Optimize marketing workflows using tools like Asana, Monday, Miro, and Corral Data, and lead efforts to improve operational efficiency.
  • Partner with discipline leaders to scope new projects, define goals and KPMs, and track progress toward shared milestones.
  • Prepare and facilitate weekly marketing team standups, project reviews, and quarterly planning sessions.
  • Maintain a central source of truth for all active marketing campaigns, launches, and content calendars.
  • Identify blockers and help teams course-correct to stay on schedule.
  • Support the VP of Marketing in team-wide planning, internal communications, and reporting.

Qualifications

  • 3–5+ years of experience in marketing project management, preferably in a fast-paced B2B tech or agency environment.
  • Demonstrated success in leading multi-channel marketing projects from brief through execution.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
  • Confidence using and optimizing tools such as Asana, Monday, Miro, and Corral Data (or similar).
  • Excellent communication skills — you’re clear, direct, and great at managing up, across, and down.
  • Experience working with creative, demand gen, content, and product marketing stakeholders.
  • A proactive mindset — you anticipate needs, spot risks early, and propose solutions before they become problems.

Nice to Have, but not Required:

  • Experience managing external agency relationships, especially with PR or integrated marketing partners.
  • Familiarity with SaaS, manufacturing tech, or industrial B2B is a plus.
  • Exposure to data and analytics tools used in marketing performance tracking.

Benefits

  • $100,000-$115,000 annual salary
  • 401k with company match
  • Variable bonus based on company and individual performance
  • 100% Company-paid health insurance premiums for employee
  • Flexible vacation time
  • Outstanding team environment

  • Funding Landscape: $15.7 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
