The RoleAspen Technology—now part of Emerson—is hiring a Marketing Programs Manager to lead demand generation for our High Velocity Sales (HVS) organization. This role requires someone who thrives on taking ownership, driving results and has a strong sense of initiative. This position plays a critical role in developing integrated marketing strategies to identify new potential customers who could gain value from our software and generate qualified leads with appropriate personas. - Build and execute results-driven marketing programs. Design, launch and optimize marketing programs across digital channels including email nurture campaigns, webinars and paid media such as LinkedIn Advertising and Google Ads and provide sales enablement to maximize conversion.
- Be resourceful. Dig into the challenges of Energy, Chemicals and EPC companies and learn how AspenTech solutions can provide value to those organizations.
- Shape the content strategy. Manage and promote clear and compelling content that aligns with the customer journey and supports our solution GTM strategy.
- Collaborate with purpose. Partner with marketing and sales teams to create and gain consensus on cross-portfolio GTM plans and marketing programs, then execute independently.
- Move fast and adapt. Analyze metrics to determine effectiveness of marketing activities and impact on lead generation and pipeline.
- Stay ahead of the curve. Continuously learn about the personas that influence buying decisions, and how and where to drive engagement with those individuals. Work with sales to identify database gaps within target accounts and develop a strategy to add contacts as needed.
- Manage end-to-end. Own campaign project plans, budgets, vendor relationships and results.
- A bachelor’s degree and 4+ years of high-tech B2B marketing experience.
- Experience developing and executing integrated campaigns including email, webinars, paid media, web and social.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills including experience writing impactful promotional copy.
- Demonstrated ability to achieve results and influence and align stakeholders, working cross-functionally with sales, marketing and product teams.
- Proven track record of taking initiative and delivering measurable results with limited direction.
- Entrepreneurial mindset—you see what needs to happen and make it happen.
- Experience with LinkedIn Advertising and Google Ads.
- Experience with Salesforce and PathFactory is a plus.
- Resourceful problem-solver.
- Detail-oriented with strong project management skills.
