As Marketing Programs Manager, in Data Platforms and/or Healthcare, you will be responsible for the creation and management of demand capture and lead generation programs on behalf of North America Marketing.
Activities include management of digital marketing campaigns, conferences, webinars, email campaigns, and the related, focusing on either the financial services and supply chain industries and/or healthcare (providers).
Responsibilities
- Manage and execute highly-targeted marketing programs across complex audience segmentation to aid in the growth and expansion of InterSystems products.
- Collaborate with the Data Platforms Product Marketing and Sales teams on marketing plans, content and campaign creation, and feedback.
- Develop and execute multi-touch campaigns for lead engagement and nurturing, helping to move leads through the sales pipeline. Including pre- and post-event nurturing, third-party content placements, paid social advertising, and testing new channels/vendors.
- Offer creative concepts for review and approval.
- Track and report on marketing campaign effectiveness against team goals and industry benchmarks – such as engagement and conversions across web, email, ads, and events.
- Work with marketing agencies and vendors on campign execution, and ensure that goals are being achieved to the agreed quality standards and budget.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of marketing experience relating to the above responsibilities
- Experience in software/high-tech, healthcare (providers), financial services, and supply chain
- Experience with Sales and Marketing automation tools
- Ability to add value to the creative process, and bring ideas through to completion
- Ability to work in a team environment with Sales and Product Marketing
- Strong verbal, written and project management skills
- Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Strong initiative, proactive and willing to take ownership of projects from start to finish
- Adaptable and eager to learn and assume new responsibilities
- Hubspot, Pega CRM and Power BI experience preferred
- Travel to tradeshows and other events as needed (about 25-35%)
