At Plymouth Rock, we don’t just protect homes—we help homeowners live better, safer, and more connected lives. Our Home Insurance business is growing, and we’re building innovative platforms to serve both customers and agents. To make that happen, we need a results-driven project leader who thrives at the intersection of strategy, execution, and collaboration.

The Role

We are seeking a Marketing Program Manager to lead high-impact initiatives that will define the future of our Home Insurance marketing and distribution strategy. Key projects include the design and launch of a Home Wellness Platform as well as other cross-functional initiatives that drive measurable growth and engagement.

This role reports directly to senior Marketing leadership and works in close partnership with Distribution, Product, and Technology leaders, giving it strong visibility across the organization.

The ideal candidate is a hands-on project leader who can turn vision into execution—structuring complex initiatives, aligning teams across the organization, and ensuring results are achieved. This is a role for someone who doesn’t just manage timelines but owns the outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the strategy, design, and execution of major marketing and distribution projects.
  • Partner across functions—from Product and Customer Service to Marketing and Technology—to move initiatives from concept to launch.
  • Build project roadmaps, track deliverables, and proactively remove obstacles.
  • Keep stakeholders informed and aligned through clear, consistent communication.
  • Define success metrics, measure impact, and adapt strategies to maximize results.

Qualifications

  • 5–8 years of experience in marketing, distribution, or strategic project management.
  • Proven success leading cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and motivated by results.
  • Skilled at balancing impact vs. effort and progress vs. perfection.
  • Experience in insurance, wellness platforms, telematics, or sales enablement is a plus.

Perks and Benefits

  • 4 weeks accrued paid time off + 9 paid national holidays per year
  • Free onsite gym at our Boston Location
  • Tuition Reimbursement
  • Low cost and excellent coverage health insurance options that start on Day 1 (medical, dental, vision)
  • Robust health and wellness program and fitness reimbursements
  • Auto and home insurance discounts
  • Matching gift opportunities
  • Annual 401(k) Employer Contribution (up to 7.5% of your base salary)
  • Various Paid Family leave options including Paid Parental Leave
  • Resources to promote Professional Development (LinkedIn Learning and licensure assistance)
  • Convenient location directly across from South Station and Pre-Tax Commuter Benefits
