Revvity Signals is seeking a dynamic Marketing Program Manager to join our team and revolutionize how we communicate groundbreaking scientific solutions to the world.

The Marketing Program Manager will work closely with Product Marketing leads to develop and refine content that enhances brand awareness, educates customers, and accelerates sales. This individual will ensure that scientific and technical content is effectively translated into engaging marketing materials across multiple channels, including the website, blogs, webinars, social media, and digital marketing campaigns.

As our Marketing Program Manager, you'll be the creative force behind our content strategy, working hand-in-hand with Product Marketing leads. The ideal candidate is a master of scientific storytelling, with a keen eye for detail and a flair for creating content that resonates with diverse audiences. This role requires the ability to balance technical accuracy with compelling messaging to resonate with target audiences in pharma, biotech, and adjacent industries.

Responsibilities

  • Content Development & Optimization: Work closely with Product Marketing to create, refine, and optimize content that drives awareness, adoption, and engagement.
  • Editorial Oversight: Edit and enhance content from Product Marketing to ensure clarity, consistency, and readiness for publication across digital and print channels.
  • Multi-Channel Content Strategy: Develop and execute content strategies for various channels, including the website, blog, webinars, social media, and paid advertising.
  • Scientific Storytelling: Translate complex scientific and technical concepts into compelling narratives that resonate with different target audiences.
  • Marketing Program Execution: Support the development and execution of integrated marketing programs that align with go-to-market (GTM) strategies and product positioning.
  • Collaboration with Digital Marketing: Partner with digital marketing teams to align messaging, timing, and assets for campaigns.
  • Thought Leadership Initiatives: Contribute to thought leadership efforts by creating high-impact content, including white papers, case studies, and industry reports.
  • Competitive Analysis & Market Trends: Monitor industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to refine content strategies.
  • Internal Enablement Support: Assist Product Marketing in developing internal enablement materials to support sales, partners, and customer success teams.

Basic Qualifications

  • Must possess a Master’s in biology, chemistry, or a related scientific or technical field with 2 to 5+ years of experience in marketing, content strategy, or communications, ideally in enterprise software, technology, or consulting companies OR
  • a PhD in biology, chemistry, or a related scientific or technical field with 1 or more years of experience in marketing, content strategy, or communications, ideally in enterprise software, technology, or consulting companies
  • 5+ years of experience working with the chemistry/biopharma industry, ideally aligned with Research & Development.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Exceptional writing and editorial skills, with the ability to translate complex concepts into clear and engaging content.
  • Experience in developing content for digital marketing, including SEO, paid campaigns, and social media.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to measure content effectiveness and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong drive to innovate and optimize content strategies.
  • Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and product teams.
