We are running a paid study to understand how marketing teams interact with enterprise automation platforms. Our goal is to evaluate the everyday usability of complex campaign management tools. Your insights will help us map common friction points and successful workflow patterns.
How It WorksYou will complete an asynchronous screen recording session while navigating your typical marketing setup. We will ask you to walk us through a specific Salesforce Marketing Cloud workflow from start to finish. As you go, you will narrate your decision-making process and highlight any workarounds you rely on. The entire task is remote and can be completed directly from your own desktop.
Who This Is ForWe welcome digital marketers, marketing automation specialists, and campaign managers with hands-on platform experience. You should be comfortable navigating Salesforce Marketing Cloud independently to execute daily tasks. We also encourage CRM administrators and email marketing specialists to apply.
