Job Description

Functional Responsibilities 

CRM & Integration Management 

    • Serve as the CRM integration SME—advising marketing, sales, and RevOps stakeholders on best practices for data structure, field governance, and system workflows. 

    • Own the configuration and ongoing optimization of integrations between HubSpot, Salesforce, and related martech platforms (routing tools, enrichment systems, ABM tools, and analytics platforms). 

    • Maintain field mappings, object relationships, and data sync rules to ensure accurate and reliable data flow across systems. 

    • Monitor and resolve sync errors, restricted picklist issues, workflow conflicts, and API-related failures. 

 

Workflow & Automation Architecture 

    • Oversee the development and maintenance of scalable automated workflows supporting lead lifecycle, scoring, segmentation, and routing. 

    • Partner with campaign managers and RevOps to ensure workflows align with GTM objectives and support accurate tracking and attribution. 

    • Implement data normalization and enrichment strategies to improve segmentation and reporting capabilities. 

 

Consultation & Continuous Improvement 

    • Act as a strategic consultant to cross-functional partners on integration dependencies, field design, and system-level impacts of new processes. 

    • Champion operational efficiency and data quality, promoting best practices across the marketing and sales organizations. 

    • Stay current on HubSpot, Salesforce, and martech ecosystem capabilities—proactively identifying enhancements for integrations, automation, and reporting. 

 

Email Marketing Support 

    • Process email campaign requests from the Integrated Marketing team 

    • Identify appropriate contacts for each campaign and build segmentations 

    • Analyze previous campaign to identify high engagement trends and send time optimization windows by audience segmentation; make this reporting available to Marketing leadership 

 

Cross-Functional Support 

Support Marketing Operations, Demand Generation, and RevOps teams with: 

    • Lead routing configuration and testing 

    • Data cleanup and enrichment requests 

    • Form field and object structure updates 

    • Lifecycle, scoring, or segmentation enhancements 

 

Role Requirements 

    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Technology, Statistics or similar area of study. 

    • 2+ years of experience building and deploying marketing campaigns 

    • Experience in the following is preferred:  

      • HubSpot 

      • Salesforce 

      • 6Senese 

      • ZoomInfo 

      • Chili Piper 

      • Gong 

    • Data-driven mindset; you should be comfortable working in a variety of BI and spreadsheet tools to manipulate data, measure campaign effectiveness, and make data-based decisions 

    • Excellent attention to detail and project management skills 

    • Self-driven desire to learn, research and test new opportunities within the growing digital landscape 

      • Being resourceful is key to success in this role 

    • Strong problem-solving skills and an ability to adapt to new technologies 

    • Ability to foster collaborative relationships with other cross-functional teams 

    • Strong ability to navigate ambiguity and manage competing priorities 

    • Highly organized and works well within a demanding environment 

    • Excellent written, oral and presentation abilities - must be able to communicate complex ideas in both technical and user-friendly language
