Tremendous is the fast, free, flexible way to send bulk payouts to people in over 230 countries and regions. 20,000+ companies ranging from mom-and-pops to Google, MIT, and United Way have sent over $1 billion, saving 15 hours a month on average.

In both our product and our workplace, we’re intentional about making work more efficient, flexible, and fulfilling. Tremendous is a fully remote, high-documentation, low-meeting culture, which means more time for what matters in both your professional and personal life.

Our customers, who include marketers, researchers, HR teams, and nonprofits, rave about how quick and easy it is to use Tremendous — check the ratings on G2. Yet there’s a lot of complexity under the hood, including over 2,500 redemption options and plenty of banking infrastructure. This duality makes working here a fun challenge.

Tremendous is profitable and growing without outside investors. Join us before our next international offsite.

About the role

The Marketing Operations Specialist will ensure our growing marketing engine runs smoothly as we scale programs, channels, and requests. You’ll own the execution, QA, and reporting of key marketing campaigns across events, content, email, and emerging paid channels. As Tremendous expands its marketing investment and MarTech stack, you’ll be the person who keeps the trains running on time, maintains data accuracy, and surfaces insights the team can act on. This role is an opportunity to build foundational marketing operations skills in a fast-moving, fully remote environment with clear room to grow.

What you’ll do

  • Manage end-to-end campaign execution including setup, QA, launch, and performance checks across email, paid channels, and events.

  • Maintain and optimize HubSpot workflows, lead routing, scoring logic, and integrations with other MarTech tools.

  • Build and update dashboards and reports that measure campaign impact and funnel performance.

  • Partner closely with Marketing, Sales, and RevOps to ensure smooth handoffs and consistent data across systems.

  • Recommend new tests, experiments, and optimizations based on performance insights.

  • Document processes and help improve the efficiency of campaign operations as new channels come online.

You have

  • 3–5 years of hands-on marketing operations experience in a B2B environment.

  • Deep familiarity with a marketing automation platform, preferably HubSpot, with certification a plus.

  • Experience owning campaign execution workflows including setup, QA, and launch.

  • Understanding of lead management, scoring models, and routing logic.

  • Experience creating reports and dashboards that guide marketing decisions.

  • Exposure to broader MarTech tools such as chat platforms, ABM tools, and attribution platforms like HockeyStack or Adobe Measure.

  • Strong communication, documentation, and cross-functional coordination skills.

You'll thrive here if you're

  • Energized by clear ownership and keeping complex workflows organized.

  • Someone who enjoys making systems run more smoothly and reliably.

  • Curious and analytical with a habit of digging into data to learn what’s working.

  • Excited about growing into broader marketing operations or revenue operations responsibilities over time.

Why work with us

  • You'll work at a company growing quickly yet sustainably. We’re profitable with plenty more opportunity ahead. That’s good news for your career growth.

  • Competitive pay and benefits. For this role, base salary ranges from $95,000 to $135,000.

  • We're a remote company. Work from wherever you want in the Americas.

  • Smart people and a great culture. See our company handbook.

What you need to know about the Boston Tech Scene

Boston is a powerhouse for technology innovation thanks to world-class research universities like MIT and Harvard and a robust pipeline of venture capital investment. Host to the first telephone call and one of the first general-purpose computers ever put into use, Boston is now a hub for biotechnology, robotics and artificial intelligence — though it’s also home to several B2B software giants. So it’s no surprise that the city consistently ranks among the greatest startup ecosystems in the world.

Key Facts About Boston Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 269,000; 9.4% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Thermo Fisher Scientific, Toast, Klaviyo, HubSpot, DraftKings
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, biotechnology, robotics, software, aerospace
  • Funding Landscape: $15.7 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Summit Partners, Volition Capital, Bain Capital Ventures, MassVentures, Highland Capital Partners
  • Research Centers and Universities: MIT, Harvard University, Boston College, Tufts University, Boston University, Northeastern University, Smithsonian Astrophysical Observatory, National Bureau of Economic Research, Broad Institute, Lowell Center for Space Science & Technology, National Emerging Infectious Diseases Laboratories
