Marketing Operations Specialist

We’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Marketing Operations Specialist to join Personify’s dynamic marketing team and play a key role in our growth strategy. You’ll be hands-on with Marketo, Salesforce, and HubSpot, managing campaign calendars, executing and testing programs, generating performance reports, and identifying ways to optimize workflows.

Your Impact
- Campaign Execution: Set up, QA, and launch email, web, and digital campaigns in Marketo; manage lists and ensure campaigns are delivered accurately and on time.
- Calendar & Collaboration: Maintain campaign calendars in Asana, coordinate assets, and work closely with segment marketers and digital teams to keep launches on track.
- Reporting & Insights: Build dashboards and reports to track campaign performance, lead activity, and marketing KPIs; analyze data from Marketo, Salesforce, and HubSpot to deliver actionable insights.
- Process Optimization: Document workflows, improve automation, and strengthen lead management processes to enhance campaign efficiency.
- Data Hygiene: Maintain campaign tagging, lead source tracking, and database accuracy across Marketo and Salesforce.
- Systems & Troubleshooting: Serve as the first point of contact for marketing system issues and partner with Marketing Ops/RevOps to ensure integrations and reporting remain seamless.
What You Bring
- Experience: 2+ years in marketing support, operations, or campaign coordination (SaaS/B2B preferred)
- Technical Skills: Hands-on experience with Marketo/HubSpot, Salesforce CRM, and Excel (reporting, pivot tables)
- Soft Skills: Detail-oriented, organized, proactive, and collaborative with strong written and verbal communication
- Nice to Have: Understanding of lead lifecycle and funnel reporting; Marketo/HubSpot/Salesforce certifications
