The Role

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Marketing Operations Specialist to join our fast-paced, dynamic marketing team. The Marketing Operations Specialist will collaborate with marketing, merchandising, web, and design teams to ensure that all Shop PO advertising materials align with our campaign objectives and brand guidelines.  This role will be responsible for managing the workflow and deadlines for our creative team, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality creative assets for various marketing channels.

  •  Develop and maintain the SPO Marketing Campaign Creative deadline schedules for the creative team and ensure timelines met based on campaign launch dates 
  • Deliver all creative assets, tracking links, UTMs, flight dates, and campaign descriptions  to marketing channel managers and partners. Manage feedback and last minute changes to campaign assets
  • Oversee the design process to ensure advertisements match the overall campaign description, objectives, and aligns with Shop Premium Outlets brand guidelines
  • Liaison between Merchandising team and Copywriters to ensure messaging and value of ad copy is aligned with marketing campaigns
  • Manage design teams daily task schedule and design sheets. Communicate between Content Creation team (photographers) and the design team for on time completion of assets

  • Experience in marketing operations, project coordination, or a related role
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • An effective communicator who loves to collaborate with others and is detail oriented
  • Ability to adapt well to changes in direction and priorities in a fast paced and deadline-oriented environment 
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work
  • Experience working in a retail or e-commerce environment preferred
  • Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms 
  • Understanding of UTM tracking and campaign performance metrics

Expected Base Salary Range: $55,000 - $60,000

Our goal is to support, reward and compensate the entire individual. Depending on role eligibility, your offer may also include bonus/commission, stock options, 401(k) participation, paid time off, medical, dental, vision and basic life insurance. Therefore, final offer amounts may vary from the amount stated.
