Marketing Operations Manager

We’re looking for a hands-on, data driven Marketing Operations Manager to join our growing team and own the systems, data, and processes that keep our marketing engine running. Reporting to the Director of Marketing Operations, you’ll play a key role in keeping operations running smoothly while enabling the team to scale smarter. It’s an exciting time to join as we’re building a modern marketing ops function that powers growth across the business, giving you the opportunity to shape how we work and make a measurable impact.

What you’ll do:

  • Own and optimize our martech stack, overseeing governance, day-to-day administration, and system health across tools like Marketo and Iterable, and supporting platforms
  • Enable operational excellence through documenting tools, processes, and workflows to drive efficiency and improve collaboration across Marketing and Sales
  • Support new technology evaluations, implementations, and integrations, ensuring platforms are optimized and connected
  • Translate strategy into action by building and maintaining execution plans, workflows, and operational processes that bring marketing strategies to life
  • Manage marketing ops intake by overseeing requests, prioritizing projects, and balancing quick-turn needs with long-term initiatives
  • Analyze and optimize to surface insights from campaign and funnel data to inform decisions and improve performance
  • Manage relationships with agencies and contractors to ensure deliverables are on time and on brand
  • Build collaborative relationships across Marketing, Sales, and Product teams to enable go-to-market programs and ensure alignment across the funnel

Who you are:

  • You have 5+ years of experience in marketing operations or a related role, with hands-on expertise in MAPs (Marketo, Iterable) and CRMs (Salesforce).
  • You are skilled at building scalable processes and documenting workflows to improve cross-functional efficiency.
  • You naturally plan and align work with broader strategy, grounding recommendations in data by translating metrics into actionable insights.
  • You are experienced at driving execution, tracking progress, interpreting complex data, and adjusting when needed to keep initiatives on course.
  • You are a strong communicator that gives clear direction and who can simplify complex systems for non-technical partners.
  • You are a collaborative problem solver who enjoys working with cross-functional teams, vendors, and agencies to deliver results

Salary Band: $128,000 - $150,000
