We are looking for a Marketing Operations Manager to join our Marketing Operations team within the greater Revenue Operations team.
In this role, you’ll be the primary Marketing Operations partner for our Demand Generation and Growth Marketing teams, ensuring campaigns launch quickly, run smoothly, and are tracked accurately. You’ll focus on campaign infrastructure, audience segmentation, and day-to-day operational support so the DG team can focus on driving pipeline.
You’ll work hands-on in our marketing automation platform (Inflection.io), Salesforce, and related GTM tools, building repeatable processes that enable high-velocity campaign execution in a fast-paced, product-led growth (PLG) environment.
You will report to the Head of Marketing Operations and can be located remote (US-based) or hybrid out of our San Francisco HQ.
If you’re based within a pre-determined commuting distance of one of our offices (SF, NY, London, or Berlin), the role includes in-office anchor days on Monday, Tuesday, and Friday. What You Will Do:- Partner with the Demand Generation team to operationalize campaigns, including audience segmentation, list pulls, and automation workflows
- Ensure campaign tracking, attribution, and reporting are accurate so DG can measure pipeline impact with confidence
- Evaluate and implement new demand generation technologies (e.g. ABM platforms, channel optimization tools, etc.) to improve campaign effectiveness
- Collaborate with the Data team to develop analytics and insights that inform targeting, spend optimization, and campaign strategy
- Build and maintain repeatable campaign templates, workflows, and data processes that reduce launch time and improve speed from idea to execution
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve lead quality and conversion rates through operational changes
- Provide day-to-day technical support and best-practice guidance to marketing stakeholders
- Document processes and contribute to internal playbooks for campaign execution
- 5+ years of Marketing Operations experience in SaaS or high-growth startups.
- Hands-on expertise with marketing automation platforms (Inflection.io, Marketo, or similar) and Salesforce
- Strong understanding of lifecycle marketing, campaign execution, and attribution tracking
- Experience building and maintaining campaign workflows, audience segmentation, and reporting
- Comfortable collaborating closely with stakeholders in Demand Generation, Growth Marketing, and RevOps
- Familiarity with Tray.io, RudderStack, Segment, or similar integration tools
- SQL proficiency or experience with BI tools for reporting and data validation
- Experience supporting developer-focused or PLG marketing motions
- History of improving marketing campaign performance through operational changes

The San Francisco, CA base pay range for this role is $120,000.00 - $150,000.00. Actual salary will be based on job-related skills, experience, and location. Compensation outside of San Francisco may be adjusted based on employee location, and the total package includes benefits and equity-based compensation.
