About the Role:
We’re looking for a Marketing Operations Manager to help scale and streamline our Member Marketing engine. You’ll be responsible for building and maintaining the systems, tools, and workflows that power our marketing campaigns. Reporting to our VP of Member Marketing, you will work closely with Customer Success, Product, Engineering, and Data teams to ensure that campaigns are delivered accurately, efficiently, and compliantly. Acting as our team's operational backbone, you should thrive on driving structure, process, automation and execution. You will own managing campaign workflows, QA processes, and data reporting needs. Your work will ensure we deliver a seamless experience to both clients and members.
Responsibilities:
- Own E2E campaign operations, from setup to QA to delivery, across channels like direct mail, email, SMS, and push
- Lead direct mail operations end to end: coordinate vendors, manage lists and targeting logic, oversee production timelines, and run QA
- Manage and evolve QA processes to ensure flawless execution across every marketing channel
- Implement process improvements and automation to reduce manual work and increase execution speed
- Identify and deploy tools, AI solutions, or scripts to streamline campaign operations
- Ensure proper setup and governance of marketing tools like Iterable, Salesforce, and Asana
- Maintain marketing data infrastructure, segmentation logic, and audience list generation protocols
- Partner cross-functionally to align campaign execution with client requirements, data needs, and compliance standards
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of marketing operations or campaign execution experience, ideally in a high-volume or regulated industry
- 2+ years managing direct reports
- Experience running direct mail and email/SMS marketing operations with precision and consistency
- Deep comfort with tools and data: Iterable or similar ESPs, Salesforce, Asana, and audience segmentation logic
- Proven ability to create and maintain operational workflows, QA processes, and documentation
- Strong project management skills; able to juggle many timelines and stakeholders at once
- Familiarity with digital health, benefits, or SaaS is a plus
- Analytical mindset with a bias for systematic problem-solving over strategic ideation
The US base salary range for this full-time position is $110,000 to $125,000. Salary ranges are determined by role and level. Compensation is determined by additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
