As our first Marketing Operations Manager, you’ll partner closely with our Director of Revenue Operations to bring operational rigor to our demand engine. This is a foundational role that blends process, systems, and analytics to drive measurable revenue impact. You’ll help us scale campaign execution, improve funnel conversion, and ensure data-driven decisions across all marketing functions. You’ll work cross-functionally and be a key architect in how marketing operates as Eve continues to grow rapidly.
What You Will Accomplish:
- Own and optimize the marketing tech stack (including CRMs, automation, and other data and attribution tools) to improve campaign execution, reporting accuracy, and lead routing
- Partner with lifecycle, events, and growth marketing to streamline workflows, build infrastructure for attribution, and ensure consistency across GTM programs
- Build and maintain marketing dashboards to track campaign performance, lead quality, and funnel health
- Develop and implement lead scoring, segmentation strategies, and data governance processes in coordination with RevOps and Sales Ops
- Improve the marketing-to-sales handoff process through better automation, reporting, and SLA alignment
- Support event marketing efforts by ensuring leads from field events and conferences are accurately captured, routed, and tracked
- Help drive operational excellence across the entire marketing org through systems design, project management, and performance metrics
