  • Monitor progress, manage resources, mitigate risks, and communicate status updates to stakeholders.
  • Own project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure efficiency and client satisfaction.

Leadership & Continuous Improvement

  • Mentor and coach team members to enhance their marketing and data capabilities.
  • Stay current with emerging MarTech, analytics, and RevOps trends; advocate for adoption of new tools and best practices.
  • Identify ongoing process improvements and opportunities for operational excellence within projects and across RevOpsforce.

Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of Marketing Operations experience in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
  • Proven success in collaborating with Revenue Operations teams to design and implement data-driven strategies that accelerate growth and strengthen GTM performance.
  • Strong technical foundation in data management, integration, and visualization.
  • Proficiency in data modeling, ETL, and analytics (SQL, Python, R, Java preferred).
  • Expertise with BI platforms such as Domo, Tableau, or Looker.
  • Deep knowledge of Salesforce, Marketo, Cvent, Zoom, and other SaaS ecosystem tools (e.g., Drift, Integrate).
