Resilinc is looking for a Marketing Operations & Intelligence Manager who thrives on strategy, data, and innovation. In this high-impact role, you’ll own the development and execution of scalable marketing processes that power brand visibility, fuel pipeline growth, and supercharge customer engagement. We’re looking for a metrics-obsessed operator who has successfully delivered actionable insights across marketing programs and campaigns.
What You Will Do
Campaign Execution and Funnel Performance
- Own technical execution of campaign infrastructure (playbook and oversight of build, QA, deploy in Marketo and Salesforce) for demand gen programs
- Optimize lead routing, scoring, and SLAs across marketing funnel stages
- Standardize campaign attribution modeling and performance reporting aligned to pipeline KPIs
- Support self-service trial orchestration and lifecycle flow (SCWatch and Agentic AI modules over time). Partner with Product to track trial signups, usage signals, and conversion metrics
AI-First Marketing Tools
- Evaluate and evolve marketing tools (Marketo, Salesforce, 6sense, ZoomInfo, GA4, Power BI) in collaboration with technical team to support AI-driven demand workflows, personalization, and real-time performance intelligence
- Build executive dashboards and OKR tracking for the CMO including campaign and channel ROI, adoption of new platform packaging, partner enablement, etc.
- Support Board and Executive reporting cycles, as well as weekly reporting across the team
- Partner with Product and Sales Ops to integrate agentic AI capabilities into campaign flows and digital engagement (e.g., 6sense, ZoomInfo,etc)
Efficiency and Enablement
- Automate manual tasks using AI-enabled tools for audience segmentation, persona scoring, and performance prediction.
- Identify and resolve friction points across campaign development, launch, and measurement.
- Create a campaign enablement playbook for demand, partner, and customer marketing teams including base documentation and templates.
What You Will Bring
- A bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field; MBA or other advanced degrees preferred
- 3+ years of experience in marketing operations
- Proven ability in using AI-enabled tools to automate tasks and build workflows
- Proficiency in Salesforce CRM, marketing automation platforms (i.e.Marketo), data enrichment platforms (i.e. ZoomInfo), account-based marketing platforms (i.e.6sense), website CMS tools (i.e. WordPress), and analytics tools (i.e. Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Power BI)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights. BI related experience is a plus
- Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external vendors
