About the Role
The Marcomms team is seeking a proactive Marketing Operations Coordinator to support campaigns that generate brand awareness and qualified pipeline for our sales teams. This individual will be responsible for organizing and executing trade shows as well as general project management and arious other operational functions across the team.

Key Responsibilities:
Tradeshow & Events
- Assist in the planning, execution, and post-show analysis of tradeshow campaigns. Serve as the primary point of contact for tradeshow organizers, managing all communications, logistics, vendor coordination, and scheduling.
- Process payments, track expenses, and support budget reconciliation for each event.
- Prepare, organize, and ship all tradeshow materials as needed (estimated once monthly)
- Provide logistical support for conference sponsorships and attendance
- Must live within reasonable distance of the Needham, MA HQ to organize and ship materials as needed.
Workflow Management & Marketing Assets
- Assist with ASANA project management, task tracking, and coordinating deadlines across internal teams, ensuring alignment with the Marketing Director on timelines, and implementing processes to elevate priority projects.
- Maintain and update the Brand Hub of campaign assets. As a collaborator with the Associate Manager, you’ll ensure branding materials, templates, and marketing collateral are current, organized, and easily accessible for the team.
Operations and Admin Support
- Support data entry needs for various dashboards, performance trackers, and reporting tools.
- Help coordinate internal requests, gather resources, and facilitate communication across departments.
- Produce and edit slide decks, collateral, and other assets for the sales and partnerships teams
- Other duties as assigned include but are not limited to:
data entry for marketing dashboards and staging and scheduling efforts for marketing content.
About You:
- 1 – 3 years of experience in administration, marketing operations, or similar
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Detail-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Experience with task management tools like ASANA is a plus
- Bonus: You have prior experience with Canva
- Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
