Vida is hiring a Marketing Operations Coordinator to support the technical execution of Braze lifecycle campaigns. You’ll work closely with the Lifecycle Marketing Manager to deliver high-quality, member-facing communications that improve retention and engagement. Your work will focus on QA, asset coordination, documentation and assisting with campaign setup. This is an ideal role for someone looking to build technical experience in marketing operations and lifecycle marketing. You’ll gain hands-on exposure to a leading engagement platform (Braze), learn best practices in QA and testing and support impactful campaigns that help members lead healthier lives.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct QA for all lifecycle campaigns across channels (email, SMS, push) including copy, segmentation, logic and links.
- Assist with campaign setup, content uploads, scheduling and deployment coordination.
- Maintain QA checklists and process documentation to ensure consistent, scalable delivery.
- Flag campaign issues and collaborate with stakeholders to resolve blockers.
- Support A/B test configuration, tagging and reporting validation.
- Participate in team meetings, trainings and onboarding to build platform fluency in Braze.
- Braze documentation, process updates and reporting.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, marketing ops, QA or campaign support.
- Detail-oriented mindset with strong process discipline.
- Strong written communication and comfort with documentation tools.
- Basic understanding of marketing automation or CRM tools.
- Eagerness to learn new tools, contribute to team improvement and grow in marketing operations.
- Strong communication skills.
- Interest/passion in healthcare, CRM or process optimizations.
- Experience with Google Slides, Google Sheets and Excel.
- Prior Braze experience highly preferred.
