Re‑architecting U.S. healthcare demands speed, precision, and an obsession with details. Cadence is building a remote care delivery system that keeps older people healthy, out of the hospital, and at home. By pairing each patient with a dedicated clinical team that reviews their health every day, versus every few months, we catch issues early and intervene before they escalate. The result: measurably better outcomes for patients and less administrative burden for clinicians.

Today, Cadence supports tens of thousands of  active patients nationwide. Our AI‑powered system and scalable clinical model enable proactive, population‑level care. We’re among the fastest‑growing companies in healthtech, and we’re just getting started.

Cadence’s 2025 Outcomes Report highlights a breakthrough year in proactive care, with 74,000 patients supported, more than 84,000 clinician hours saved, and industry-leading improvements in clinical outcomes and system efficiency. Our engineering and clinical teams played a central role in delivering this scale and impact. Read the full report here.

We are looking for a strategic and execution-oriented Marketing Manager to own the strategy that drives program adoption, activation, and long-term engagement. At Cadence, our success depends on the trust and participation of the clinicians and patients we support. You will lead all facets of marketing—partnering with health system stakeholders to deliver communications, tools, and experiences that help our users understand, adopt, and champion Cadence’s model of proactive care.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Drive Engagement at Scale: Own and deliver measurable growth in provider onboarding, activation, and retention through sophisticated multi-channel marketing campaigns (email, , EMR, SMS, live outreach, print, and web).
  • Build a Trusted Marketing Engine: Partner closely with internal teams – Provider Relations, Partnerships, Lifecycle Marketing, and Design – to align strategies and coordinate execution across the end-to-end user journey.
  • Deliver Insight-Driven Impact: Track and analyze performance across campaigns to refine content, channels, and tactics. You’ll be responsible for communicating these insights to stakeholders to reinforce the value of our programs.
  • Ensure Operational & Brand Excellence: Uphold Cadence’s brand standards, ensuring all materials are clear, credible, compliant, and deeply aligned with our mission to deliver proactive, connected care.
  • Be a Strategic Collaborator: Act as the bridge between user feedback and our marketing engine, translating health system and patient needs into scalable engagement programs.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED

  • 3-5 years of marketing experience, with at least 3+ years specifically within HealthTech, Health Systems, or healthcare SaaS. You understand the unique language of and the complexity of healthcare delivery.
  • Proven track record of designing and executing engagement or growth campaigns
  • Experience managing multi-channel campaigns across email (e.g., Iterable, Hubspot, Marketo), SMS, web, and physical collateral. You are comfortable both setting the strategy and building the assets.
  • You are a "data-driven operator." You have experience using CRM and marketing analytics tools to track conversion funnels, identify drop-off points, and report on ROI to leadership.
  • Ability to take clinical data or complex product features and turn them into a compelling narrative that proves value to a skeptical, evidence-based audience.
  • Experience working closely with Sales/Partnerships and Product teams. You know how to gather feedback from the field and translate it into marketing outcomes.

WHO WE ARE:

We move fast, raise standards, and own outcomes. We hire drivers, not passengers – people who take initiative, solve problems, and sweat the details because lives depend on it. Momentum matters in healthcare where slow decisions cost lives. At Cadence, we set a high bar and back each other relentlessly to clear it. If you’re ready to do the best work of your career and make a real impact in healthcare, join us.

WHAT YOU’LL GET:

  • Autonomy to tackle big, complex problems that matter
  • An opportunity to improve lives every single day
  • A chance to shape a category‑defining company at scale
  • Medical, dental, and vision insurance
  • Competitive total compensation and meaningful equity
  • TelaDoc (virtual primary care)
  • National and local discounts powered by TriNet
  • Unlimited PTO and paid holidays
  • Remote equipment setup and home office stipend
  • Paid Parental Leave
  • 401K and 401K match
  • Charitable Donation Match program
  • Location: Remote

What you need to know about the Boston Tech Scene

Boston is a powerhouse for technology innovation thanks to world-class research universities like MIT and Harvard and a robust pipeline of venture capital investment. Host to the first telephone call and one of the first general-purpose computers ever put into use, Boston is now a hub for biotechnology, robotics and artificial intelligence — though it’s also home to several B2B software giants. So it’s no surprise that the city consistently ranks among the greatest startup ecosystems in the world.

Key Facts About Boston Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 269,000; 9.4% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Thermo Fisher Scientific, Toast, Klaviyo, HubSpot, DraftKings
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, biotechnology, robotics, software, aerospace
  • Funding Landscape: $15.7 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Summit Partners, Volition Capital, Bain Capital Ventures, MassVentures, Highland Capital Partners
  • Research Centers and Universities: MIT, Harvard University, Boston College, Tufts University, Boston University, Northeastern University, Smithsonian Astrophysical Observatory, National Bureau of Economic Research, Broad Institute, Lowell Center for Space Science & Technology, National Emerging Infectious Diseases Laboratories
