The Marketing Manager will lead marketing efforts, manage campaigns, optimize content, track KPIs, and support demand generation in a startup environment.
We’re looking for a hands-on Marketing Manager to establish and grow our brand in the U.S. healthcare market, reporting to our Head of Marketing. This is an execution-heavy role where you’ll run events, build campaigns, create content, and test new ideas end to end.
What You’ll Do
- Events & Field Marketing: Manage end-to-end planning and execution of industry events and activations, including logistics, messaging, onsite presence, and follow-up.
- Demand Generation & Campaigns: Plan, build, and execute multi-channel campaigns across email, social, content, and events. Own setup, execution, optimization, and reporting.
- Social Media & Content (Hands-On): Manage established and test emerging channels like TikTok. Create posts, short-form videos, and visuals. Adapt blogs, ebooks, and case studies into high-performing assets.
- Creative & Experimental Marketing: Bring a creative mindset to reach providers and clinic leadership. Test new formats and channels while keeping messaging credible.
- Brand & PR (Plus): Support PR initiatives, press releases, and thought leadership placements.
- 2-4 years of marketing experience in a US healthcare company- a must
- Experience in demand generation, events, ABM and social media management
- Creative, hands-on, and comfortable testing new channels and ideas
- Mastery of CRM and marketing automation and additional MarTech tools
- Strong project management and communication skills
- Nice to have: PR experience
