The Role

As our first in-house Marketing Manager, you will be foundational in defining the future brand, story, and public perception of Angle Health. We’re looking for a sophisticated, hands-on operator with a talent for clear communication and storytelling. You will be responsible for developing, leading, and executing on comprehensive marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement across Angle Health and all of its subsidiaries. This role combines strategic planning with hands-on execution, encompassing content creation, digital marketing, campaign management, and collaboration with external agencies and internal cross-functional teams. This position is perfect for an ambitious self-starter looking for a high degree of ownership, responsibility, and the opportunity to supercharge your career at a hyperscaling company.

This position is Remote (US).

Core Responsibilities
  • Work with leadership and external agencies to build a comprehensive PR and marketing strategy, including defining key marketing objectives and performance indicators.

  • Develop, implement, and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns aligned with company goals.

  • Create compelling content for various platforms, including blogs, social media, email newsletters, and sales collateral.

  • Ensure consistency in brand messaging and tone across all channels.

  • Manage and optimize digital marketing initiatives, including SEO, SEM, and paid advertising campaigns (primarily on LinkedIn).

  • Own administration of the company website, update content, monitor analytics, and implement strategies to improve traffic and engagement.

  • Design and execute lead generation strategies to attract and convert prospects.

  • Utilize marketing automation tools to nurture leads through the sales funnel.

  • Plan and promote webinars, virtual events, and conference participation to enhance brand visibility.

  • Coordinate logistics and post-event follow-ups to maximize ROI.

  • Oversee the work of external agencies, freelance designers, copywriters, and other contractors to ensure timely and quality deliverables.

What We Value

Required

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.

  • 3–5+ years of experience in marketing, preferably across both agency and in-house experience working with healthcare, technology, and/or insurance startups.

  • Proficiency in marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot), website management tools and CMS (e.g., Webflow), and analytics tools.

  • Strong writing skills and design sense.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred

  • Experience with B2B marketing and understanding of the healthcare benefits landscape.

  • Familiarity with graphic design tools and video editing software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).

  • Knowledge of SEO best practices and content optimization techniques.
