Compensation
At Atlassian, we strive to design equitable, explainable, and competitive compensation programs. To support this goal, the baseline of our range is higher than that of the typical market range, but in turn we expect to hire most candidates near this baseline. Base pay within the range is ultimately determined by a candidate's skills, expertise, or experience.
165,000 - 216,200 PLN gross annually
This role may also be eligible for benefits, bonuses, commissions, and equity.

- Develop and execute post-sales marketing programs to drive adoption, engagement, and customer advocacy.
- Build growth loops that connect customer success with acquisition and retention.
- Deliver integrated, data-driven campaigns across email, social, content, digital, and events.
- Create education and enablement initiatives that help customers and internal teams get the most from our products.
- Translate customer wins into testimonials, case studies, and advocacy campaigns that amplify brand value.
- Partner closely with Customer Success, Product Marketing, and Sales to align strategies and outcomes.
- Relevant SaaS marketing experience, with proven success in B2B and B2C environments.
- Strong background in post-sales and customer success marketing - adoption, engagement, enablement, advocacy.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute multi-channel campaigns that drive measurable impact.
- Skilled at translating product value into business outcomes for diverse audiences.
- Proficient with Marketo, HubSpot, Salesforce, and marketing analytics tools.
- Highly collaborative, data-driven, and comfortable balancing strategy and execution in a dynamic environment.
