What you'll do here:

  • Build and implement omnichannel marketing campaigns to improve brand awareness, consideration, retention, and expansion in the K-12 library and curriculum market.

  • Develop lead-generation programs through content marketing, inbound strategies, and account-based marketing to drive demand and fuel pipeline.

  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape. Leverage findings to craft positioning and effectively differentiate our solutions.

  • Manage tradeshow and event marketing efforts, including pre-show engagement, social media, promotions, sponsorships, post-show engagement, and return on investment.

  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators to measure the success of marketing initiatives and optimize campaign performance.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including MarCom, Sales, Product Management, Customer Success and Training, PR, Event Marketing, and others to ensure alignment and increase marketing impact.

  • Perform additional responsibilities as required.    

Skills you will need here:

  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Marketing, Communications or related field.

  • 5+ years of B2B marketing experience in K-12 EdTech/SaaS is preferred. Curriculum adoption or field marketing experience is highly desirable.

  • A passion for creativity, agile marketing methodologies, and constantly seeking fresh ideas to overcome challenges.

  • Outstanding communication, project management, and analytical skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making.

  • Strong understanding of ABM, customer journey mapping, content marketing, and campaign development.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects.

  • Experience using modern marketing tools and platforms (AI, Adobe CC, Asana, HubSpot, Salesforce, PowerBI, Website CMS, Google Analytics, etc.).

  • Ability to travel up to 15%

The full base pay range has been provided for this position. Individual base pay will vary based on work schedule, qualifications, experience, internal equity, and geographic location.  Sales roles often incorporate a significant incentive compensation program beyond this base pay range.

$58,300.00 - $93,200.00 USD
