You will lead campaigns that attract and introduce clients to our unique combination of telecommunications services. You will collaborate with teams in person and digitally within an office environment.
How You'll Make An Impact
- Attract clients by leading product marketing programs from inception through implementation, including marketing campaigns, lead generation, marketing operations, analytics, marketing technologies, client life cycle management, brand, content and test cycles.
- Collaborate with business leaders to determine target strategies and schedules.
- Serve as the resident expert on all things Texas, guiding localizations and customizations of campaigns at the state and local levels.
- Implement programs to increase sales and analyze campaign performance across key metrics.
- Track response and conversion to create a budget that helps compare ROI to cost per connect.
- Communicate with internal and external research groups and other experts to expand industry knowledge.
- Set and meet deadlines for multiple projects while maintaining accuracy and efficiency through effective project management skills.
What You'll Bring to Spectrum
Required Qualifications
Experience
- Five or more years of marketing experience
Education
- Bachelor's degree in marketing or equivalent experience
Technical Skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
Skills
- Prioritization and organizational skills
- Can communicate effectively to deliver presentations
Abilities
- Experience managing all phases of multiple projects independently in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
- Expert at analyzing data to make recommendations with the ability to foster change

- Master's degree in business administration
