IXL Learning, developer of personalized learning products used by millions of people globally, is seeking an Enterprise Marketing Manager to develop and execute the domestic and global marketing strategy for Rosetta Stone for Enterprise. 

Rosetta Stone is the leader in language learning, and our Enterprise product helps 12,000+ brands (such as BMW, Sony, Uber, Mandarin Oriental, and Williams-Sonoma) enable their employees to speak and work confidently across language barriers.

As the Enterprise Marketing Manager, you will lead end-to-end marketing for Rosetta Stone for Enterprise, which includes: creating compelling brand and product messaging, developing marketing campaigns and strategies for demand and lead generation, supporting sales enablement, and more. The ideal candidate is strategic, proactive, collaborative, a strong communicator, organized, and passionate about IXL’s mission to improve learning experiences for everyone.

This is a full-time remote position for candidates in the United States. #LI-GW1

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
  • Own the marketing plan for Rosetta Stone for enterprise, developing and executing strategies and tactics that will positively impact brand awareness, lead generation, customer retention, and more. You’ll lead our marketing efforts worldwide, but with a focus on North America and Europe #LI-REMOTE
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Sales leadership to understand customer needs and key sales objectives; align marketing programs to these goals
  • Write and refine brand and product messaging to effectively position Rosetta Stone for Enterprise as the unparalleled corporate language training solution
  • Create marketing content and sales enablement tools, including collateral, landing pages, email campaigns, case studies, sales presentations, and more
  • Manage internal and external communications around product launches and feature updates
  • Identify, engage with, and leverage brand advocates
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
  • BA/BS degree 
  • 9+ years of enterprise marketing experience. Enterprise SaaS experience preferred; experience with international marketing is a plus
  • Proven track record of developing and executing marketing plans and campaigns that positively impact marketing and business goals
  • Strategic thinking: You are able to consider an idea from all angles, ask smart questions, and make thoughtful decisions that align with company needs and values
  • Written communication: You are an exceptional writer that knows how to clearly communicate a message and make every word count
  • You get things done: You’re a self-starter, detail- and deadline-oriented, organized, resourceful, and have the ability to manage projects from start to finish
  • Interpersonal skills: You’re a team player, have excellent verbal communication skills, and have the ability to lead cross-functionally
