The Role

Are you interested in joining a fast-paced and collaborative marketing team focused on promoting Fidelity’s best ideas about investing? We are looking for a Marketing Manager to join the Asset Management Solutions marketing team. This role has two key responsibilities. First: bringing investment-related product and insights content to our clients through highly coordinated go-to-market plans. You’ll be planning out and managing the creation of external publications including weekly market commentary, working many different contributors and timetables. Second: creating marketing content that promotes our overall thought leadership in clear and compelling ways. You’ll be working closely with a dynamic team while personally owning a wide range of projects, from coordinating publication of new content and new web landing zones to developing social media posts. This is a role for someone with a growth mindset, an unwavering attention to detail, a passion for delivering value to customers and partners, and an interest in collaborating across diverse parts of our organization.

The Expertise and Skills You Bring

  • Minimum Bachelor’s Degree or advanced degree
  • Recommended minimum of 5 years working in a general marketing or communications role, financial services industry a plus but not required
  • Knowledge of or strong curiosity about investing, with intermediary and institutional market experience a plus
  • You have strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple projects with different due dates
  • You enjoy building working relationships, and you prioritize communicating with your project partners well
  • You're an excellent written and verbal communicator, from sending clear project updates to speaking at meetings
  • You bring an organized AND creative approach to marketing plans – at the same time!
  • You like to work with others, and a project with 12 different participants doesn’t phase you

The Team

Become a member of the team and you will partner with Fidelity Asset Management, Fidelity Institutional, investment product groups, and distribution channels to develop and deliver high-impact content about our investment insights. The base salary range for this position is $74,000-141,000 USD per year.  

Placement in the range will vary based on job responsibilities and scope, geographic location, candidate’s relevant experience, and other factors.

Base salary is only part of the total compensation package. Depending on the position and eligibility requirements, the offer package may also include bonus or other variable compensation.
