Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic B2B Marketing Manager to support the team in driving industry-specific marketing initiatives targeting our nonprofit sectors. This role will focus on developing and executing strategic campaigns, creating targeted content, and generating qualified leads while deepening our market presence in this niche. The ideal candidate is well-versed in B2B marketing  standard methodologies with a lens toward B2C. This role will report to the Director of B2B Marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with senior manager to design and implement integrated marketing campaigns tailored to the nonprofit sector.
  • Develop targeted email marketing, social media and content marketing that align with business objectives.
  • Analyze campaign performance and market data to refine strategies and inform decision making.
  • Work closely with content and design teams to ensure consistency across all communication channels.
  • Provide ongoing support to Senior Manager/Director by offering insights and recommendations to optimize marketing strategies.
  • Oversee the execution of marketing initiatives, ensuring timely delivery.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high quality and effectiveness.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • 5 years of B2B marketing experience as well a keen understanding of B2C and the intersectionality of the two audiences.
  • Proven track record in developing and driving successful marketing campaigns in a B2B2C context.
  • Strong understanding of nonprofit landscape
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills with the ability to craft clear, persuasive messaging.
  • Highly organized with strong project management skills and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
  • Creative problem solver with a strategic attitude and a passion for engaging targeted audiences.

The Marketing Manager is part of the Analytics, Marketing & Communications team within Fidelity’s Tax-Exempt Market business unit where we serve nonprofit employers and their employees. These organizations are passionate and strive to provide their employees, who frequently serve others, with benefits programs that support their evolving needs. The Marketing team develops strategic programs that enhances engagement and mission awareness. We serve both our clients and their employees by providing insights, tools, and programs that drive impact and support organizational growth.
