About the role: Marketing Manager, APAC Operating Unit, Caltrate

This is an opportunity to help shape the next phase of growth for Caltrate across APAC markets.

Working across strategy, innovation, communications, and activation, you will help identify growth opportunities, shape innovation priorities, and define the brand and communication agenda that enables Caltrate to win across APAC markets outside China. You will partner with local markets to translate regional strategy into relevant portfolio choices, consumer propositions, claims, and content.

Partnering closely with cross-functional and market teams, you will bring together consumer insight, trusted science, and commercial thinking to strengthen Caltrate’s relevance, competitiveness, and sustainable growth across the region.

Role Responsibilities

-Drive APAC Growth Strategy & Innovation for Caltrate Outside China

  • Identify emerging consumer needs, category shifts, and growth opportunities for total mobility across APAC markets.
  • Serve as the regional business lead for non-China APAC markets, partnering with local teams on growth priorities, portfolio strategy, innovation, communications, and business performance.
  • Define strategic priorities and innovation opportunities that strengthen Caltrate’s competitiveness and accelerate sustainable brand growth.
  • Partner with cross-functional and market teams to translate consumer needs into relevant products, claims, formats, packs, and experiences.
  • Lead innovation development from opportunity identification through business case, commercialization, launch, and scaling across priority markets.

-Build the APAC Communication & Activation Growth Model for Caltrate

  • Define Caltrate’s communication and activation agenda across APAC markets outside China, aligned with regional growth priorities and local market needs.
  • Develop compelling consumer propositions, claims, content territories, and communication toolkits that can be adapted by markets.
  • Identify how Caltrate can drive growth through digital commerce, retail media, creators, healthcare professional influence, partnerships, and emerging commerce ecosystems.
  • Build scalable activation frameworks, best practices, and capabilities that help markets improve execution quality and drive stronger consumer engagement.

Your areas of knowledge and expertise that matter most for this role

  • 7+ years of experience in brand marketing, portfolio management, innovation, and/or commercial leadership, preferably in consumer health, nutrition, wellness, or OTC categories.
  • Experience translating consumer, customer, and category insights into regional strategy, effective communications, and sustainable brand growth.
  • Experience leading innovation pipelines, large-scale launches, and market adoption through cross-functional collaboration in a matrix organization.
  • Strong commercial and financial acumen, including business case development, budget management, and performance tracking to drive profitable growth.
  • Experience working across diverse APAC markets and adapting regional strategy into locally relevant activation plans is a plus.
