The Opportunity

We are seeking a creative, competent AMER Marketing Manager, Eastern US, to join our small but mighty team of AMER marketers. This role will primarily focus on developing and implementing strategies to strengthen Neat’s brand presence and drive demand within the Eastern region of the US and all of Canada.

The ideal candidate will be an experienced professional with a passion for growth – both personal and for the company. They will be a marketing strategist who is willing to take on a variety of projects simultaneously. We are seeking someone who can inspire creativity and enthusiasm in others.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide marketing support to our Eastern US Region and Canadian sales teams with a focus on the end customer. You will plan, execute, and report on all marketing programs touching any stage of the customer journey from awareness through advocacy.

  • You will help with the strategy, planning, and execution of our demand-generation marketing programs across our small business, mid-market, and enterprise segments.

  • Manage end-to-end in-person event experiences, including venue selection, vendor management, onsite coordination, and cross-functional communication.

  • You will handle everything from content and speaker selection, the products we are showing, what we will be eating, and how the team should engage.

  • You will be attending events, mingling with customers and partners, and then turning around and answering questions from the venue as the on-site contact.

  • Manage regional trade shows, including contract review, booth selection, booth configuration, attire, staffing, on-site meeting schedule, lead-handling process, and cross-functional communication.

  • Work closely with marketing ops to ensure lead uploads, routing, follow-up, and tracking.

  • Work closely with the BDR team to ensure our post-event communications are hitting the mark, evaluate metrics, and make recommendations for optimization.

  • Work with our channel team and partners to create and execute marketing programs, including budget management and ROI assessments.

  • Craft emails for pre- and post-show event communications to be sent by marketing, business development, and sales.

  • Locate, evaluate, and recommend regional events that Neat should be participating in.

  • Monitor and report on the marketing effectiveness of regional marketing initiatives.

  • Act as a trusted colleague within our team and to our cross-functional stakeholders, providing guidance, ideas, and executing commitments.

Your Experience:

  • Proven Marketing Manager with a minimum of 10 years’ experience.

  • Comfortable with Salesforce and tracking campaign metrics.

  • Event management and tradeshow experience.

  • You are familiar with and have worked in a two-tier distribution model.

  • Familiarity with email marketing and comfortable writing email content.

  • Analytical and creative thinking.

  • Great communication and interpersonal skills.

  • BS/BA in business administration (optional), marketing, communications or relevant field experience.

  • Experience or passion to work in a scale-up organization.

  • Ability to travel anywhere in the US between 1 – 2 times a month.

Compensation & Benefits

Pay Range: $135,000 - $155,000 per year. Actual compensation will be determined based on factors such as the candidate’s relevant experience, skills, and internal equity. This position is eligible for our comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, and an unlimited PTO policy.
