About the Role
We're looking for a hands-on, execution-focused Marketing Lead who knows how to elevate a brand that already carries global weight. You won't be building from zero. You'll be optimizing and scaling what's working, using sharp tactical execution - not bloated budgets or vague brand awareness plays. - If you live and breathe Marketo, Salesforce, and SendGrid... if you understand the nuances of crypto culture and can speak both B2B and B2C fluently... if you get excited by small tweaks that drive big results... we should talk.
What You Will Do
Own the day-to-day execution of our marketing strategy across email, automation, landing pages, and funnel performance - Use Marketo and Salesforce to track, report, and optimize campaign performance across product lines (Campus, The Block Pro, Sponsorships, Research) - Leverage SendGrid and our newsletter infrastructure to extend our reach without spamming inboxes - Collaborate with research, editorial, and sales to drive conversion-oriented campaigns - Lead micro-campaigns for new product rollouts, segment-specific outreach, and enterprise GTM support - Identify high-leverage growth opportunities based on our existing traffic, tech stack, and reputation - then act on them - Ensure consistent brand elevation across every touchpoint, without fluff or overspend - Act as the internal air traffic controller for messaging, execution timing, and marketing operations
What You’ll Bring
5+ years of B2B/B2C marketing experience, ideally in media, SaaS, fintech, or crypto - Deep, practical expertise in Marketo, Salesforce, and SendGrid - not just as a user, but as an operator - A crypto native or at least crypto-fluent: you know the lingo, the culture, and the players - Obsessed with making marketing work - you measure twice and cut once - You're not interested in overspending or building bloated teams; you're scrappy, smart, and surgical - Comfortable operating independently and prioritizing initiatives that move the needle - You understand how to tell a story while still driving to a CTA - Experience with segmentation, nurture flows, lead scoring, and campaign attribution
Bonus if you have:
Experience supporting multiple revenue lines or internal clients (e.g. editorial, product, sales) - Strong grasp of SEO, analytics, and paid distribution - even if not your main focus - Familiarity with web3 communities and distribution channels (Telegram, Farcaster, X, Discord) - Can write and edit content when needed - short-form, long-form, and landing pages
