The Marketing Event Specialist plays a critical role in representing Ever.Ag across the agriculture industry, managing and executing events that bring together producers, processors, agribusiness leaders, and industry innovators. From major dairy and livestock conferences to niche commodity meetings, this role ensures Ever.Ag has a strong and strategic presence wherever the ag community gathers.
This position oversees the full lifecycle of Ever.Ag’s event marketing program—from strategic planning and budgeting to on-site leadership and post-event performance analysis. Working cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and product teams, the Marketing Event Specialist designs memorable event experiences that strengthen relationships across the agriculture supply chain and translate engagement into measurable business growth.

Key ResponsibilitiesEvent Strategy & Program ManagementMaintain and manage a centralized Ever.Ag event marketing calendar, planning participation across multiple agriculture markets and fiscal years.
Research, evaluate, and recommend industry conferences, trade shows, and producer events that align with Ever.Ag’s strategic priorities.
Assess event opportunities based on audience relevance, sponsorship value, logistics, and projected return on investment.
Manage the full event lifecycle including planning, logistics, execution, and performance analysis.
Partner with sales and marketing leaders to ensure event strategies align with pipeline generation and customer engagement goals.
Represent Ever.Ag at industry events as a knowledgeable, enthusiastic ambassador for the brand and its solutions.
Identify and secure speaker opportunities for Ever.Ag experts, positioning the company as a trusted voice within the agriculture industry.
Evaluate sponsorship opportunities and recommend investments that strengthen Ever.Ag’s visibility and credibility within key ag markets.
Collaborate with marketing teams to develop pre-event promotion strategies, including social media, email campaigns, and targeted outreach.
Secure attendee lists when available to support BDR outreach and post-event demand generation efforts.
Lead the operational execution of events including booth design and setup, materials coordination, meeting scheduling, and lead capture management.
Manage vendor relationships and logistics including booth construction, event sponsorships, printed materials, giveaways, and travel coordination.
Prepare internal teams for events by providing lead capture training, messaging guidance, and social media best practices.
Serve as the primary point of contact during events, ensuring seamless execution and resolving issues in real time.
Oversee booth operations, team coordination, and overall brand presence to deliver a consistent and engaging Ever.Ag experience.
Monitor event performance in real time by tracking leads, meetings, booth traffic, and other defined KPIs.
Produce detailed event performance summaries, including attendance highlights, sales engagement, and lead handoffs.
Reconcile event budgets and analyze return on investment, connecting event spend to pipeline generated.
Lead structured post-event debrief sessions with stakeholders to evaluate performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
Continuously refine Ever.Ag’s event strategy to maximize industry impact and business growth.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Agriculture, Agribusiness, or a related field.
Experience in the agriculture industry strongly preferred—including familiarity with ag conferences, trade shows, or producer organizations.
Proven experience managing trade shows, conferences, or large-scale marketing events.
Strong written communication skills; writing samples may be requested during the interview process.
Familiarity with social media platforms and professional content development.
Working knowledge of event logistics, vendor management, booth operations, and on-site coordination.
Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple events and deadlines simultaneously.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with CRM or marketing automation platforms is a plus.
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to measure, interpret, and present event performance and ROI metrics.
