This role will be high impact and have the opportunity to directly shape some of the most critical infrastructure in DeFi from the ground up.

Role
The Marketing Director will lead the company’s brand strategy, positioning, and overall marketing efforts. This individual will be responsible for defining how the company presents itself to developers, enterprises, and the broader crypto ecosystem. Working closely with the founding team, the Marketing Director will build and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy that drives awareness, credibility, and growth across all channels.

What You’ll Do

- Develop and execute a holistic brand strategy that reflects the company’s mission, values, and long-term vision.
- Define and manage the go-to-market strategy for product launches, partnerships, and ecosystem initiatives.
- Build and lead the marketing function — from brand and content to growth and communications.
- Collaborate with the executive and product teams to craft clear, differentiated messaging that resonates with both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Oversee all marketing channels, including digital campaigns, events, PR, and community engagement.
- Manage the company’s brand identity across visuals, tone, and voice, ensuring consistency across all platforms.
- Use data-driven insights to measure campaign effectiveness and inform strategic decisions.
- Identify and cultivate relationships with key media outlets, influencers, and ecosystem partners.
- Support recruitment marketing and thought leadership efforts, positioning the company as a top destination for talent and innovation.

What We’re Looking For

- 7+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Proven success developing and executing brand strategies in technology, fintech, or crypto sectors.
- Deep understanding of the crypto and Web3 ecosystem, including its audiences, narratives, and community dynamics.
- Strong storytelling, strategic thinking, and cross-functional leadership skills.
- Experience building or scaling marketing teams in early-stage environments.
- Comfortable working in a fast-moving, global, and highly collaborative environment.
- Bonus: Previous experience with developer-focused products or blockchain infrastructure.

Your level and base salary will be determined on a case-by-case basis and may vary based on the following considerations: job-related knowledge, skills and direct experience.
