Design and refine Qdrant’s visual identity across marketing campaigns, social media, blog posts, presentations, landing pages, advertisements, email campaigns, and event materials. Build AI-assisted creative tools and workflows, direct AI-generated imagery, maintain brand consistency, and deliver polished work across multiple projects on tight timelines.

Qdrant is an open-source vector search engine powering the next generation of AI applications, from semantic search and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) to AI agents and real-time recommendations.

Trusted by global leaders like Canva, HubSpot, Tripadvisor, Bosch, and Deutsche Telekom, we’re building the retrieval infrastructure layer for modern AI. Recently raising $50M in Series B funding, we are growing rapidly and committed to transforming how AI understands and interacts with data.

As a remote-first company, we believe diverse backgrounds, perspectives, and experiences fuel innovation. Here, you’ll own meaningful work, tackle challenges, and grow alongside passionate individuals dedicated to shaping the future of AI.

We are looking for a freelance Marketing Designer to join our design team and collaborate with our Visual Designer and Design Lead to help refine Qdrant’s visual identity across various marketing channels.

We want someone whose daily workflow is built around creative AI tools, who uses them to explore faster, produce more, and push ideas further than a traditional process allows, while maintaining a strong focus on the fundamentals: typography, spacing, and color. Art direction for AI-generated imagery is a key component of this position.

You'll help build and refine the internal AI tools and workflows that power our visual direction, then apply that direction across marketing assets, landing pages, ad creatives, email visuals, and event materials to keep the brand cohesive and polished.

What you will own
  • AI tools & workflows: Help build and refine the internal AI tools and workflows we use to scale our visual direction across the team.

  • Marketing assets: Design compelling visuals for campaigns, social media, blog posts, and presentations.

  • Website & landing pages: Design and update website pages, including marketing and campaign-specific landing pages.

  • Ad creatives: Design banner ads, LinkedIn creatives, and other performance marketing assets.

  • Email design: Develop eye-catching graphics and layouts for email campaigns.

  • Event & conference materials: Create slide decks, booth designs, and printed assets.

  • Brand consistency: Keep every marketing visual aligned with Qdrant's visual direction and guidelines.

Who you are
  • You have minimum 4 to maximum 8 years of experience designing marketing assets, websites, or both, ideally in a B2B or tech company.

  • AI is central to how you work. You use tools like Midjourney, Flora AI, Higgsfield, and Claude every day and can show us how they shaped real projects in your portfolio..

  • Experienced in designing websites or marketing assets, with a solid understanding of design principles and user interaction.

  • Proficient in Figma, with practical experience using an established design system.

  • You work fast without cutting corners. You're comfortable running several projects in parallel, switching between them easily, and you consistently ship polished work on tight timelines.

This role is probably not for you if you need someone else to:

  • Hand you a fully detailed brief before you can start exploring.

  • Tell you which AI tools to try or how to get better results from them.

  • Keep you up to date on new creative tools and techniques.

Why join us
  • A remote-first, international team working on cutting-edge AI infrastructure.

  • A competitive salary with additional perks.

  • Flexible working hours and async-friendly culture.

  • High ownership and real impact.

  • Open-source, engineering-driven culture.

  • Choose your own laptop equipment.

For US-based full-time employees, we also offer a comprehensive benefits package including 401k match, health, dental, and vision insurance, plus flexible PTO policy.

Qdrant is an equal-opportunity employer. We believe the best ideas come from diverse teams, and we actively welcome applicants from all backgrounds. If this role excites you but you don't check every single box, we'd still love to hear from you! We don't want to miss out on great people because of a checklist.

Come build with us!
