About This Role

As a Marketing Data Analyst at Mangomint, you'll be a self-starting data expert sitting within our Marketing team. You'll work collaboratively with Marketing leadership while maintaining autonomy to explore and structure data that drives decisions. This role serves as the dedicated data partner to the Marketing team, helping to optimize campaigns, track customer journeys, and provide insights that inform strategy and budget allocation.

In this Marketing Data Analyst role, your responsibilities will include:

  • Campaign data management - Create and optimize prospect lists; maintain attribution tracking

  • Dashboard development - Build and maintain Sigma reports and customizations for marketing team

  • Data-driven recommendations - Suggest changes to campaigns, strategies, and budget allocation

  • Marketing Systems Integrations - Maintain an understanding of the flow of data between marketing applications

  • Market research - Analyze demographics and customer behavior to identify trends and opportunities

What We’re Looking For
  • 2–5 years of experience in marketing analytics, growth analytics, or a related data role

  • Working knowledge of SQL, with experience querying data in Snowflake or similar data warehouses

  • Hands-on experience with Business Intelligence tools such as Sigma, Hex, Looker, or equivalent platforms

  • Expert-level proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets, including advanced data manipulation and analysis

  • Familiarity with marketing systems and data sources such as SFDC, Customer.io, Shopify, and advertising platforms

  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to understand and work across complex, interconnected marketing datasets

  • Self-directed, collaborative communicator who can translate data into clear insights and recommendations for non-technical stakeholders
