Xometry is looking for a Marketing Data Analyst to join our team as we transition our advertising model to pay for performance. In this role, you’ll serve as a critical bridge between Marketing, Sales, Yield and Product teams - translating complex marketing performance data into actionable insights that drive strategy and growth. You’ll work closely with stakeholders across the business to analyze website traffic by acquisition channel, develop attribution models to identify marketing campaign performance, analyze customer conversion and retention, and support optimizing marketing spend across channels. Your work will directly influence how we acquire site traffic, engage prospects, and scale revenue through data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop attribution models and funnel reporting across paid and organic channels to understand lead generation and marketing campaign ROI based on short and long term outcomes
  • Build, track, and analyze key marketing metrics like site impressions, clicks, conversions, and return on ad spend to assess the effectiveness of campaigns
  • Build and maintain data pipelines in Snowflake that integrate data from Salesforce, Hubspot, Iterable and other key platforms to support lead funnel reporting and analytics
  • Collaborate with Sales and Product teams to understand how marketing influences and impacts sales and product strategy
  • Support marketing experiments by designing tests, measuring impact, and identifying statistically significant trends
  • Translate data insights into strategy to optimize and prioritize marketing spend

Requirements:

  • 4-5+ years of experience in marketing analytics or data analysis, preferably in a marketplace, B2B SaaS, or AdTech environment
  • Bachelor’s in a quantitative field (e.g., Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering). Master’s degree preferred
  • Strong experience with marketing data across platforms like Google Analytics, Salesforce, HubSpot, and Iterable, preferred
  • Proficiency in SQL and Python, with hands-on experience building or maintaining data pipelines, including experience with Snowflake, DTB, Estuary, Airflow, or similar technologies
  • Knowledge of and/or hands on experience analyzing lead funnels, marketing attribution models, and campaign analytics
  • Experience working with data visualization tools, specifically Looker
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to present insights clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Self-starter mindset with excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with manufacturing suppliers and buyers
  • Experience working with data from ad servers and/or ad configuration platforms, such as Kevel or Placements.io
  • Experience with Git or other version control systems for managing analytic code
