We’re looking for a marketing copywriter to join our Brand, Creative & Strategy team in London. Wise has over 16 million customers — with that number climbing rapidly — and you’ll speak to giant swaths of them.
There are also millions around the world who’d benefit from our services who may not know we exist or just haven’t got around to signing up yet. With your words, you’ll make them stop mid-coffee-sip to read more about Wise when they scoot to work and bridge the gap from awareness all the way to sign up.
Wise has a lot of amazing features, ranging from money-saving to absolutely life-changing and they’re not always obvious to the uninitiated. You’ll be talking about things people really need, in a way where they’ll find it easy to listen.
Your words will need to educate with a bit of creative sparkle.
You’ll write the copy for marketing campaigns that educate and inform customers and potential customers about Wise’s benefits and mission. You’ll be crafting the words at the centre of a lot of those efforts, and your responsibilities will include:
- Write compelling marketing so more prospects convert (paid channels)
- Write lifecycle campaigns (email, inbox, push) to educate customers on how to use features of the product
- Craft the words for cross-sell campaigns (email, inbox, push) to convert existing customers to new products
- Pen the words for ad hoc campaigns and experiments that drive customers to use Wise products more by crystallising new use cases
- Help brainstorm ideas and angles for all of the above
- Support Brand, Creative & Strategy in their mission to being the best partner to Marketing in the efforts to fuel Wise’s mission and get Wise into more pockets and onto more screens.
