About you

You are a highly organized and detail‑oriented professional with a strong interest in marketing operations and execution.

In the Marketing Coordinator role, you will provide essential support to the broader marketing function, contributing to the coordination, development, and delivery of property marketing materials, client proposals, and business development initiatives.

You excel in a collaborative environment and work effectively with marketing leadership, sales professionals, and cross-functional teams to ensure all deliverables are completed accurately, on schedule, and in accordance with established brand standards. Your ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of quality is key to your success in this role.

In this role, you will…

  • Perform daily administrative tasks to ensure the functionality and coordination of marketing activities.

  • Assist in the development and execution of property marketing campaigns.

  • Coordinate digital and print collateral including brochures, offering memorandums, email blasts, and signage.

  • Support marketing events and broker-sponsored activities through logistics, materials, and vendor coordination.

  • Maintain and update listing data on various platforms.

  • Support website content updates and post news to internal and external digital platforms.

  • Use PowerPoint and Adobe Creative Suite to format presentations, charts, infographics, and basic property materials.

  • Assist with basic layout customization using templates, developing design skills under guidance from senior team members.

  • Prepare and track signage, property photos, and marketing inventory.

  • Collaborate with sales professionals and researchers to collect and organize marketing inputs.

  • Begin learning project coordination by tracking deadlines and deliverables for marketing projects.

  • Ensure all materials adhere to brand standards and are completed by deadlines.

What you’ll bring

  • High School diploma required, Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field preferred.

  • Up to 2 years of professional experience in an administrative, design, or marketing support role.

  • Exposure to commercial real estate, graphic design, or professional services marketing is a plus.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook).

  • Basic fluency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop) required; strong interest in more deeply learning design software.

  • Familiarity with email marketing platforms (e.g., Salesforce Marketing Cloud) and social platforms (e.g., Hootsuite) is a plus.

  • Team-oriented with a positive attitude and service mindset.

  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

  • Strong work ethic and eagerness to learn new systems and skills.

Pursuant to local law, Colliers is disclosing the following information:  

Area/Location Specific: Boston, MA

Approximate Compensation Range for this Role: $29.60/hr to $32.21/hr,

Bonus 

This position is eligible for an annual bonus, based on company and individual performance. 

Our compensation ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on this job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all national locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
