How you will make an impact

  • Champion Brand Voice: Uphold the brand’s tone and style across marketing and creative assets and copy, providing feedback to ensure strategic alignment and quality across all deliverables
  • Ensure Marketing Compliance: Partner with legal, creative, retention, marketing, and carrier teams to ensure all customer touchpoints meet compliance and brand standards
  • Coordinate Campaign Assets: Collaborate with creative, design, performance marketing, and brand teams to define campaign needs, align on asset requirements, and support timelines, deliverable tracking, and documentation, and own trafficking for paid, organic, and retention marketing initiatives
  • Streamline Operations: Help improve marketing workflows, documentation, and cross-team processes in partnership with creative operations
  • Provide Cross-Functional Support: Collaborate with performance marketing, creative, design, and brand teams on a variety of initiatives, including supporting projects, ad-hoc campaigns, and other creative or operational needs as they arise

This is a hybrid position that requires candidates to be able to come into our Cambridge, MA office.

Who you are

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience in digital campaign execution
  • Proactive, organized, and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience in content creation, AI tools, marketing analytics tools, Notion, and similar technologies is a plus
  • Excellent communication skills and relationship-building abilities
  • Enthusiasm for marketing, storytelling, and brand building
  • The ability to work out of the Cambridge, MA office 3x a week

Insurify is committed to offering a fair, competitive, and transparent compensation program that supports our mission to attract, retain, and motivate top talent. Our compensation philosophy is guided by several factors including a candidate’s relevant experience, education/training, job-related skills, and location.

In addition to the base salary our total compensation package includes health coverage, retirement contributions, and additional wellbeing benefits. Some positions may be eligible for company equity.

Below is the base compensation range for US locations:

$55,000-$70,000
