Marketing Coordinator

Description

Webber Restaurant Group is seeking a creative, self-motivated Marketing Content Creator who will report to and work alongside the company’s Marketing Director. This role will support content development across our restaurants, wedding venues, catering operations, and farm. This role will focus on capturing and producing engaging content for social media, websites, blogs, and other marketing platforms.

The ideal candidate is comfortable working independently, has strong photography and videography skills, understands social media trends, and enjoys telling stories through content.

Hospitality, restaurant, catering, wedding, or event industry experience is a strong plus. (In other words, ideal candidate won’t be afraid to occasionally help with rollups or run a burger to table 21.)

Qualifications

• Experience creating content for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and similar platforms.
• Strong photography and smartphone videography skills.
• Basic video editing experience (CapCut, Adobe, Canva, or similar tools).
• Strong writing and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
• Comfortable visiting various company locations and events to gather content.
• Experience with Canva, social media scheduling tools, and content creation software preferred.
• Hospitality, wedding, catering, restaurant, tourism, or event industry experience preferred.

Requirements

Primary Responsibilities

Content Creation

Capture photo and video content at restaurants, venues, catering events, farm programs, and special events.

Create short-form video content for Instagram Reels, TikTok, and other social media platforms.

Edit photos and videos for use across digital marketing platforms.

Identify and execute content opportunities that showcase the guest experience, food and beverage offerings, venues, events, and behind-the-scenes operations.

Social Media Support

Assist with planning, creating, and scheduling social media content.

Help launch and maintain TikTok accounts for key brands.

Help create content highlighting company culture, employee stories, career opportunities, community involvement

Monitor social media trends and recommend content ideas.

Copywriting & Digital Content

Assist in drafting social media captions, blog posts, website content, Google Business Profile posts, and other marketing copy.

Support SEO and AEO-focused content initiatives.

Marketing Support

Maintain organized photo and video libraries; including assistance with cataloging and labeling photos we receive from professional photographers who share their event albums.

Support promotional initiatives, partnerships, special events, and seasonal campaigns.

Collaborate with venue, restaurant, catering, and farm teams to identify marketing opportunities.

Provide general marketing support as needed.
