Marketing Coordinator (Contract)

About the GTM TeamYou’ll be joining our Go-To-Market (GTM) team, a collaborative crew spanning marketing and sales. We work closely together to bring Knapsack to market. We value clarity, creativity, and a bias for action, and we’re looking for someone who can help keep our work sharp, organized, and impactful.
What You’ll Be Doing- Support execution across marketing channels—email, social, website, and events
- Write, adapt, and edit short-form content: social posts, event blurbs, email snippets
- Keep marketing calendars, timelines, and deliverables organized and on track
- Support planning and execution of field events (logistics, promotion, coordination)
- Assist with website updates using Webflow
- Track marketing activities and prepare simple reports
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Excellent written communication
- Comfortable with no-code/drag-and-drop editors (website, email, or design tools)
- Proficient with LinkedIn, Google Docs/Sheets, and Slack
- Experience using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT or other AI assistants) for writing, editing, and productivity
- Familiarity with HubSpot, Webflow, Canva, Figma, or Notion
- Experience with event coordination or campaign reporting
- Eye for design or brand consistency
- A collaborative, supportive team that values clear communication and proactive problem-solving
