Summary of Position:

We’re seeking a Marketing Coordinator, Brand & Content to support the day-to-day execution of marketing initiatives for a leading legal marketing brand within EverService. This role is responsible for keeping key marketing activities organized, on schedule, and moving forward. 

The ideal candidate is a strong writer, highly organized project manager, and proactive collaborator who can work across teams to coordinate content, creative, and marketing deliverables.

A significant focus of the role will be social media content, website updates, email marketing, creative coordination, and project management. This person will work closely with marketing leadership, sales, SEO, Creative, PPC, and other internal teams to ensure marketing initiatives are executed accurately and consistently.

The ideal candidate can intake a project, understand the desired outcome, coordinate the people and pieces involved, and see it through to completion.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Social Media & Content (30–40%)
    • Write engaging, on-brand social media copy for LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and other relevant platforms.
    • Maintain the social media content calendar.
    • Turn existing marketing content, including blogs, case studies, podcasts, reports, and company insights, into social media content.
    • Collaborate with marketing leadership to develop social content that supports brand and business priorities.
    • Coordinate social creative with designers and video editors.
    • Schedule and publish social content and ensure posts are accurate, properly formatted, and delivered on schedule.
    • Monitor social performance and identify opportunities to improve content and engagement.
    • Assist with other short-form marketing copy, including promotional, email, and website copy.
  • Website Management
    • Manage routine website content updates and maintenance.
    • Publish and update website pages, blog posts, case studies, and other content in WordPress.
    • Coordinate necessary website updates with internal teams.
    • Ensure website content is accurate, current, on-brand, and properly formatted.
    • Identify and communicate website content or functionality issues that require additional support.
  • Email & Newsletter
    • Own the weekly newsletter production process from planning through publication.
    • Research relevant topics and content.
    • Manage segments and lists for sending emails to contacts using Hubspot.
    • Draft and edit newsletter copy in the brand's established voice.
    • Coordinate newsletter content and creative with internal stakeholders.
    • Build, format, QA, schedule, and distribute newsletters using Hubspot.
    • Track newsletter performance, including open rates, click-through rates, and subscriber growth.
    • Identify opportunities to improve newsletter content and engagement.
  • Project Management
    • Create and maintain marketing projects, tasks, deadlines, and deliverables in Monday.com.
    • Develop clear creative requests and briefs for designers and video editors.
    • Coordinate timelines, revisions, approvals, and final asset delivery.
    • Ensure creative deliverables are completed on schedule and meet project requirements.
    • Proactively follow up on outstanding items and communicate changes or potential delays.
    • Identify potential blockers and escalate issues when needed.
    • Maintain visibility into upcoming marketing priorities and deliverables.
    • Support recurring marketing processes and ensure deadlines are consistently met.
  • General Marketing Support
    • Assist with ad-hoc marketing projects and initiatives.
    • Stay current on social media and content marketing trends and bring relevant ideas to the team.

Requirements
  • 2–4 years of experience in marketing, social media, content, communications, or a related field.
  • Strong writing and editing skills, with demonstrated experience writing social media content for a business or organization.
  • Strong project coordination and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects, stakeholders and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Highly detail-oriented with strong follow-through and accountability.
  • Strong communication skills and the confidence to proactively follow up with stakeholders.
  • Experience using social media platforms including LinkedIn, Facebook/Meta, Instagram, or similar.
  • Experience with a CMS such as WordPress and familiarity with email marketing platforms.
  • Comfortable learning and working across marketing technology and project management tools.
  • Ability to understand brand voice and translate strategic direction into polished, audience-appropriate content.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a broader marketing team.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with WordPress, HubSpot, Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or similar platforms.
  • Experience working in a marketing agency, B2B, professional services, or other fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with Monday.com or another project management platform.
  • Experience managing newsletters or email marketing.
  • Experience coordinating creative production with designers and video teams.
  • Familiarity with SEO, PPC, and broader digital marketing concepts.
  • Experience in legal marketing or another high-trust industry.

The total compensation for this salaried nonexempt opportunity includes a base salary range of $50,000 to $55,000 plus benefits. This is our target compensation range and is subject to multiple factors including role, level, experience, and location. As you go through our interview process, your recruiter will work with you to identify a competitive base salary within the proposed range.
