As a Marketing Content Writer and Strategist, you will develop and execute content strategies, produce diverse content types, manage freelance writers, and ensure content aligns with client campaigns and conversion goals.
About ATAK Interactive
We're a RevOps and marketing agency that helps ambitious B2B companies scale smarter through strategy, systems, and software. From HubSpot solutions to SEO/AIO to revenue operations, we turn chaos into clarity for companies in SaaS, manufacturing, professional services, and beyond.
We're looking for a strategic B2B Content Writer who doesn't just write well - they ship fast, have high standards for their work, and can create with purpose.
What You'll DoYou'll own content strategy and execution across a portfolio of clients, working within broader campaign and funnel frameworks to produce content that actually moves people.
- Produce high-quality blogs, website copy, service pages, case studies, social media posts, email sequences, ad copy, and video scripts
- Ghostwrite for client stakeholders across a range of industries and brand voices
- Take funnel strategies (TOFU/MOFU/BOFU) and translate them into content that serves each stage. Knowing not just what to write, but why and what it needs to do
- Use keyword research tools (SEMrush, Google Search Console, or equivalent) to inform and optimize long-form and web content
- Leverage AI to increase output while creating original work (no AI slop)
- Manage and communicate with contracted freelance writers when overflow work requires it.
- Increase visibility with thoughtful content distribution
- Collaborate with SEO/AIO and RevOps teams to align content with broader campaign goals
Experience
- 2+ years of agency experience working across multiple B2B clients simultaneously — OR equivalent freelance experience managing a diverse client roster
- Proven ability to adapt tone, voice, and messaging across industries and personas
Strategic Thinking
- You understand content strategy, not just content creation; you can outline a content plan, explain the rationale behind it, and execute it to completion
- You know how content fits into a buyer's journey and can write with conversion in mind
AI & Tool Usage
- You use AI responsibly; as an accelerant and assistant, not a replacement for your own thinking
- You know what good looks like and can direct, edit, and elevate AI-assisted output
- Comfortable with keyword research tools is a plus but not required
Portfolio
- You have examples. Blogs, web copy, email sequences, ads — the more variety, the better. A strong portfolio will fast-track your candidacy; if you don't have samples for a specific content type, we'll use a test project to evaluate fit.
What We Offer
- Competitive salary between $65,000 and $85,000 (based on portfolio + experience)
- Healthcare and 401(k) options
- Remote work
- A fast-moving, transparent culture where your ideas can thrive
- Real ownership of projects and a clear path for growth
