Our high-impact B2C and B2B marketing campaigns connect individuals with transformative training opportunities while assisting employers in finding and retaining top talent.

Position Overview

We are seeking a Marketing Content & Email Specialist who is both creative and detail-oriented to join our dynamic marketing team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on writing compelling content, enjoys light design work, and is eager to use data to refine and improve campaigns.

In this position, you’ll own the strategy and execution of our email nurture campaigns—writing, designing, scheduling, and measuring results. You’ll also shape the messaging and content for ad copy and landing pages, ensuring Ready to Hire programs are clearly positioned and resonate with our audiences. Beyond email, you’ll capture authentic student testimonials, contribute to social media content across B2B and B2C channels, and support B2B email campaigns.

This is a hands-on opportunity to gain experience across multiple areas of marketing—content creation, campaign management, design, analytics, and storytelling—all while making an impact in helping people connect to life-changing career opportunities.

  • Write compelling, on-brand copy for email campaigns.
  • Build layouts and visuals using Canva.
  • Construct and arrange emails within Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on email performance to optimize results.

Messaging, Ad Copy & Landing Pages
  • Own messaging and content development for ads (paid social, display, search).
  • Craft, refine, and enhance copy for landing pages to secure clear program positioning and drive strong conversion rates.
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure consistent, audience-centered messaging across channels.

Content Creation & Storytelling
  • Conduct interviews with students and alumni to gather testimonials and success stories.
  • Craft, modify, and adjust testimonials for utilization across email, web, and social platforms.

Social Media Support
  • Assist with planning, writing, and posting content for B2B and B2C channels.
  • Ensure brand voice and visual style are consistent across platforms.

B2B Campaign Support
  • Assist in crafting, writing, and implementing B2B email campaign content.
  • Contribute content and creative assets for employer campaigns and sales enablement.

What We’re Looking For
  • Demonstrated writing skills with a curiosity about crafting clear, engaging, and persuasive content.
  • Basic graphic build skills using Canva (or similar tools).
  • Proficient in using email marketing platforms (familiarity with Salesforce Marketing Cloud is advantageous).
  • Interest in using data and analytics to improve campaign performance.
  • Organized, diligent, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Internship or project experience in email marketing, content creation, or social media preferred.
  • Fundamental understanding of digital marketing guidelines.

Why Join Us
  • Join an organization that is passionate about connecting people to life-changing career opportunities.
  • Gain hands-on experience across content, development, analytics, and multi-channel marketing.

What you need to know about the Boston Tech Scene

Boston is a powerhouse for technology innovation thanks to world-class research universities like MIT and Harvard and a robust pipeline of venture capital investment. Host to the first telephone call and one of the first general-purpose computers ever put into use, Boston is now a hub for biotechnology, robotics and artificial intelligence — though it’s also home to several B2B software giants. So it’s no surprise that the city consistently ranks among the greatest startup ecosystems in the world.

  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, biotechnology, robotics, software, aerospace
  • Funding Landscape: $15.7 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Summit Partners, Volition Capital, Bain Capital Ventures, MassVentures, Highland Capital Partners
  • Research Centers and Universities: MIT, Harvard University, Boston College, Tufts University, Boston University, Northeastern University, Smithsonian Astrophysical Observatory, National Bureau of Economic Research, Broad Institute, Lowell Center for Space Science & Technology, National Emerging Infectious Diseases Laboratories
