The Content Marketing Creator to join our corporate marketing team is responsible for the creation of marketing content that resonates with our key audience of scientific executives, IT teams, data scientists, and scientists across the customer buying journey.

We are looking for a highly motivated team player, with a strong scientific background, ideally with experience in the scientific software domain. The role requires an entrepreneurial spirit, excellent marketing execution, and business analysis skills with strong capabilities in effectively positioning and promoting products, as well as the ability to transfer marketing know-how. Our ideal candidate will also have strong communication, project management, and coordination skills with an ability to work effectively with others to execute a wide variety of product marketing initiatives.

In this role, you will:

  • Produce engaging content across various platforms, including case studies, product brochures, application notes, web content, emails, and social media posts to promote the Genedata brand and products
  • Proofread content created by other members of the marketing or communications team
  • Manage content to improve brand and product visibility
  • Drive lead generation by planning and executing corporate and account-based marketing campaigns
  • Collaborate closely with business units and corporate communication and other stakeholders to create content tailored to specific personas, stages of the customer buying journey, and industry topics

The essential requirements include:

  • Educational background in business or marketing; molecular biology, microbiology, bioinformatics, or related life science or data science degree is an advantage
  • At least five years of experience as a content creator in the life sciences or tech industry
  • Experience in applying best practices SEO and AI to optimize written content
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office, Jira, and social media platforms, experience in graphics design, video editing and presentation creation is an advantage
  • Native English speaker is a must, other languages are an advantage
