Role Overview
The Marketing Communications Manager plays a critical role in shaping how Liatrio communicates with clients and the broader market. This role is focused on written communication, thought leadership, and executive storytelling. It requires creating tailored, high quality content that builds trust, strengthens relationships, and positions Liatrio as the leading transformation partner. By capturing and amplifying the voices of executives, delivery leaders, and clients, this person ensures Liatrio’s ideas and outcomes resonate with individuals, not just organizations.The ideal candidate is a skilled writer and communicator who thrives at turning complex ideas into clear, compelling narratives. What You Do
Executive and Thought Leadership Content
• Develop communications such as LinkedIn posts, keynote scripts, articles, and client updates that reflect the voice of Liatrio executives.
• Partner with leadership to shape authentic messaging that is bold, memorable, and aligned with Liatrio’s point of view.
• Create content that strengthens Liatrio’s reputation as a trusted transformation partner and thought leader.
Storytelling and Narrative Development
• Translate client outcomes and delivery work into narratives that highlight measurable value and human impact.
• Build case studies, spotlight pieces, and narrative briefs that showcase innovation and transformation.
• Focus on stories that connect with people, demonstrating how Liatrio helps leaders and teams evolve.
Client and Community Engagement Support
• Equip delivery and sales teams with communication that strengthens trust with client executives.
• Draft materials that map Liatrio’s services to client goals and show clear pathways to success.
• Support events and community engagement with messaging that amplifies Liatrio’s presence and leadership.
Internal Collaboration and Alignment
• Serve as a communications partner for Marketing, Sales, and Delivery leadership, ensuring alignment across all narratives.
• Capture stories and insights from engagements and translate them into content that supports sales and marketing efforts.
• Maintain consistency in Liatrio’s voice while adapting content for different executives and audiences.
Qualifications
• 5 plus years of experience in executive communications, content strategy, or marketing communications, preferably in consulting, SaaS, or enterprise services.
• Proven ability to write for individuals and amplify their voice with authenticity.
• Strong storytelling and writing ability with a track record of simplifying complex topics into compelling business narratives.
• Experience partnering with executives, delivery teams, and client stakeholders.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Requirements
- Employment eligibility: must be authorized to work in the United States or Canada without the need for sponsorship.
- Travel availability: we divide our time between working remotely and visiting our client sites located throughout the U.S. For most roles, travel typically ranges from 10-50%, depending on client need.

- Full benefits including unlimited PTO, funded HSA option, 401k match, monthly LiveWell stipend, and quarterly company bonus
- Annual base salary: $110,000 to $130,000, depending on experience
