About the Role

We’re looking for a detail-oriented Campaigns Manager to help execute and support integrated marketing campaigns. In this role, you’ll work closely with the marketing team to help bring campaigns to life across multiple channels - from coordinating launches and managing campaign assets to tracking performance and helping optimize results.

This is a great opportunity for someone who is excited to be hands-on in B2B demand generation, campaign execution, and working across a fast-moving, global startup environment.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead the execution of global multi-channel campaigns per quarter across AMS & EMEA.
  • Coordinate campaign launches by working with cross-functional teams including product marketing, content, creative, web, and marketing operations.
  • Launch integrated global campaigns that establish category leadership and generate measurable pipeline, qualified leads, and revenue impact.
  • Develop and scale global demand generation programs, including webinar and virtual event initiatives.
  • Manage paid media campaigns across vendors and platforms (with emphasis on LinkedIn and Google).
  • Monitor campaign performance and help compile reports on key metrics including engagement, leads, and campaign effectiveness.
  • Maintain campaign documentation and support testing and optimization efforts across marketing programs.

What You’ll Have

  • 1–3 years of experience in B2B marketing, demand generation, or campaign execution
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Comfort working cross-functionally and collaborating with different teams.
  • A proactive, execution mindset and willingness to learn in a fast-moving startup environment.

Why Join Us

You’ll be part of a fast-growing AI startup shaping how enterprise companies adopt and use AI in real-world products. You’ll work alongside a high-performance team with deep expertise across product, go-to-market, enterprise technology, and AI, in an environment that values collaboration, ownership, and impact. As Unframe continues to grow, you’ll have meaningful opportunities for career development and leadership while working in a flexible and supportive remote setup.

If you’re a strong, independent builder who thrives on ownership, cares deeply about quality, and wants to have a real impact — we’d love to meet you.

What you need to know about the Boston Tech Scene

Boston is a powerhouse for technology innovation thanks to world-class research universities like MIT and Harvard and a robust pipeline of venture capital investment. Host to the first telephone call and one of the first general-purpose computers ever put into use, Boston is now a hub for biotechnology, robotics and artificial intelligence — though it’s also home to several B2B software giants. So it’s no surprise that the city consistently ranks among the greatest startup ecosystems in the world.

Key Facts About Boston Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 269,000; 9.4% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Thermo Fisher Scientific, Toast, Klaviyo, HubSpot, DraftKings
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, biotechnology, robotics, software, aerospace
  • Funding Landscape: $15.7 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Summit Partners, Volition Capital, Bain Capital Ventures, MassVentures, Highland Capital Partners
  • Research Centers and Universities: MIT, Harvard University, Boston College, Tufts University, Boston University, Northeastern University, Smithsonian Astrophysical Observatory, National Bureau of Economic Research, Broad Institute, Lowell Center for Space Science & Technology, National Emerging Infectious Diseases Laboratories
