    • Monitor and analyze campaign performance using marketing analytics tools and dashboards.
    • Continuously test, optimize, and iterate based on data-driven insights to improve conversion rates and pipeline contribution.

    • Communicate campaign plans, performance, and insights to key stakeholders across marketing and business leadership.

Competencies:

  • Strategic Execution: Able to translate business objectives into measurable marketing campaigns. Balances creative concepts with analytical rigor to ensure campaigns ladder up to pipeline, revenue, and brand goals. Demonstrates a strong understanding of audience segmentation and funnel dynamics.
  • Analytical Decision-Making: Comfortable interpreting campaign data to identify patterns, draw insights, and recommend next steps. Skilled at using experimentation frameworks (A/B, multivariate, incrementality) to validate hypotheses and continuously improve performance.
  • Operational Excellence: Drives campaigns from ideation through post-mortem with exceptional organization and attention to detail. Anticipates dependencies across channels, timelines, and stakeholders; maintains clear documentation and repeatable processes for scale.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Communicates campaign goals, insights, and results clearly across marketing, sales, product, and leadership teams. Skilled in vendor and stakeholder management, ensuring alignment on deliverables, expectations, and optimization decisions.
  • Agility and Growth Mindset: Thrives in dynamic environments. Rapidly adapts to performance trends, feedback, or market changes while maintaining focus on long-term objectives. Demonstrates curiosity and continuous learning in new platforms, tools, and testing methods.
  • Creative and Brand Stewardship: Shows strong creative judgment and an eye for brand consistency across channels. Partners effectively with content and design teams to ensure messaging and visuals drive engagement while staying true to the company’s identity.

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing, with at least 2+ years in campaign management.
  • Experience managing campaigns across multiple business units or products within a division.
  • Proven success driving integrated campaigns that deliver measurable business outcomes (pipeline, revenue)
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in marketing technology platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot (or Marketo/Eloqua), Google Analytics, and project management tools.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Familiarity with segmentation, personalization, and campaign automation best practices.

Preferred Qualifications

What you need to know about the Boston Tech Scene

Boston is a powerhouse for technology innovation thanks to world-class research universities like MIT and Harvard and a robust pipeline of venture capital investment. Host to the first telephone call and one of the first general-purpose computers ever put into use, Boston is now a hub for biotechnology, robotics and artificial intelligence — though it’s also home to several B2B software giants. So it’s no surprise that the city consistently ranks among the greatest startup ecosystems in the world.

Key Facts About Boston Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 269,000; 9.4% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Thermo Fisher Scientific, Toast, Klaviyo, HubSpot, DraftKings
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, biotechnology, robotics, software, aerospace
  • Funding Landscape: $15.7 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Summit Partners, Volition Capital, Bain Capital Ventures, MassVentures, Highland Capital Partners
  • Research Centers and Universities: MIT, Harvard University, Boston College, Tufts University, Boston University, Northeastern University, Smithsonian Astrophysical Observatory, National Bureau of Economic Research, Broad Institute, Lowell Center for Space Science & Technology, National Emerging Infectious Diseases Laboratories
